I expect you will give us a good game. You'll be bang up for it, and you'll fancy your chances, especially if we rest a couple such as Vaughan.

And it could be worse for you - could be Mansfield Town away or some such.

Yeah, we're just disappointed with it cos with around 10 balls left to draw there were some pretty big premier league clubs left in. We need the cash.

How you doing on the road this season? Do you think you'll sell out your allocation (be around 1900 I'd expect)?

Think we beat you 4-1 last time you were at BP, JPT 2007/2008 season. Take a repeat of that...

Grimsby Fucking Town. Away. Jesus.

Trust me, I'm equally as non-excited by the prospect. Snore. We'll give you a good game though, and it'll be good to see Paterson back at BP.

We've signed Patrick McLaughlin after his release from York. Cracking signing. Former Newcastle youth team player, great left foot.

I went to see the Stone Roses movie tonight and loved it. Shane Meadows did a great job.

Is that the actual Stone Roses one or that Spike Island one? Cos there's two coming out right?

I saw After Earth last night. Was very average, wouldn't call it awful but it just wasn't that good.

Yeah heard alot of people saying that, shame really because its quite an interesting premise

Yeah the concept was a pretty cool idea for a film but my god it was bad. Up there with the worst films I've ever seen.

9 weeks on and we still don't have a manager. Joke club.

What's the rush? Plenty of time before pre season.

There's a few references to the first 5 films, but I'd only seen 1, 2 and 3 before I went to see 6 the other day. Wouldn't say its essential.

Twice. First loan spell from November till December and his secon loan spell was from the end of January till May. I believe after his first loan spell we wanted to sell him, your lot and Luton were interested but a deal never actually happened which left Blackwell fuming about your managers.

The sentence 'You wanted him before' I was using was in regards to a permanent deal which may now be possible, now that Marshall has been released

I don't think we ever wanted to sign him permanently in January. The original loan deal in November was a deal to the end of the season which was then terminated by you lot when Luton came sniffing. But then Marshall told them where to go and came back to us. Good lad. Our managers actually never did anything wrong. If I remember right, there was a rules balls up by someone in there too.

Anyway, dunno if he'll sign, if he does then I'll be happy, but then again if he doesn't I won't be too fussed. Would rather have Jamie Devitt back tbh.

Lazy journalism really. A bit like the Sodje to Macc rumour. You wanted him before, you didn't get him now he's available and I don't see him ending up somewhere else

Don't quite understand your point? We had him on loan from January to end of the season...

Wouldn't be surprised to see Marshall end up with us. Faded a bit towards the end of the season but I'd quite happily have him back for a year.

Saw Star Trek last wednesday, was alright, a good film like but not the outstanding film I was expecting.

Also saw ''Olympus Has Fallen'' the other week, with Gerard Butler in it. That was epic.

Absolutely buzzing today, Halifax Town have got back to where they were before going out of business, 4 promotions in 5 years after winning the BSN playoff final, been jumping round the shop at work reading the twitter updates going crazy!

Looking forward to a trip to Halifax next season, welcome back.

We've made our first summer signing, Scotty Neilson on a 1 year deal. Was decent for us around Christmas before Luton snapped him up. Few more players with his quality and we'll be up there again next season.

You can download it on creation centre.

Aye but you can do bugger all with it unless you have that extra 'season ticket' or something..

Drew 1-1 tonight at Luton.

Decent performance, 6 changes to the team and all the lads that came in did well. Onwards to the playoffs!

I see LJL made a massive 10 minute contribution to your game and has failed to get a single goal for your lot yet. Not having the best start eh?

This game resulted in The King getting sacked by Macc which is weird because their football this season was very good on many occasions but defo there have been some off field issues. McIllroy and Coleman must be in the frame now

Aye, he's not been great but he's a welcome addition to a small squad. Playing his part. He had a good game up at Gateshead the other week but other than that he's not really started. We've got better strikers ahead of him in the pecking order.

Obviously playing two top-flight games, especially in English football, is going to be more physically intense and more mentally fatiguing than playing against lower league opposition.

Absolute codswallop. Lower league football is brutal compared to the Premier League. The PL is basically non-contact these days.

Well going along with that my local team (Halifax) have 12 games to play in the month of April plus the players have other jobs to go to as well. These boys in the prem moaning about twice in 3 days need to man the fuck up and get on with it considering how much fitter and how much better paid they'll be

Aye Halifax's fixtures are crazy. As are Guernsey FC's, who have to play 19 games in 31 days before their season ends.

These are their fixtures:

05 Fri 19:45 A South Park
06 Sat 19:45 H Cove
07 Sun 13:30 H Camberley Town
09 Tue 19:45 A Farnham Town
12 Fri 19:45 H Horley Town
13 Sat 15:00 H Farnham Town
14 Sun 13:30 H Raynes Park Vale
16 Tue 19:45 A Hanworth Villa
18 Thu 19:45 A Badshot Lea
20 Sat 19:45 H Hanworth Villa
21 Sun 13:30 H Chessington & Hook
24 Wed 19:45 A Colliers Wood Utd
26 Fri 19:45 H Ash United
27 Sat 15:00 H Molesey
28 Sun 13:30 H Sandhurst Town
30 Tue 19:45 A Bedfont Sports
May 2013
03 Fri 19:45 H Dorking
04 Sat 15:00 H Hartley Wintney
05 Sun 13:30 H Epsom & Ewell

It's actually 3 games in 5 days.

Ironic? just fact.

Anyway, we beat Macc 3-1 last night. Dunno if our Macclesfield supporter is still on here these days?

Apparently, Macc reckoned our 3rd goal was offside as the ball played through went forwards.... Pretty comical that they don't know the rules. The lad who scored ran from 10 yards behind the play.
