Lenell's efforts are terrific and you'll hardly find any striker who is more willed and determined to score but unfortunately his finsihing is non-league standard. One of his last actions in a Bury shirt was missing an open goal at MK Dons.,

I thought Elding was at PNE?

Elding was at Preston on loan but they didn't take him on any longer after his loan was up (no surprise). He's now been released by us as of yesterday and is off to Ireland to play for Sligo I hear. Journeyman.

We breezed past Luton last night, played them off the park, 3-0 in the FA Trophy Quarter Final.

We've got a 2 legged Semi Final against either FC Halifax or Dartford now, great chance of getting to Wembley.

I think you're being a bit harsh on Blackwell. Obviously he's a bit angry about your behaviour but you have to understand his point of view. We just paid a PFA loan and got our transfer embargo lifted and the money we could have got for Marshall (fee and wages) would have been very helpful. KB can be a bit choleric and emotional at times, we all know that but I'd rather have a choleric manager than someone just accepting everything and saying nowt.

But what did we do?!

Anyway, away at Cambridge this afternoon. 0-0 at the break. Hoping to nick 3 more points.

My guess is that Scott talked with Marshall about his situation and told him to play down his contract at Grimsby and then they will sign him on after his contract is down so they don't have to pay him a fee. Clever, but you may admire him at BSP just to find out he won't cut it at L2 level.

I didn't know about it no, but then it's not for me to know. Blackwell accusing us of all sorts just because he doesn't know the rules is ridiculous. I think its fricking awesome Marshall has told Luton where to go. You can't just arrange a deal for someone without the player even wanting to move.

Our managers spoke with Marshall and his agent to see what he wanted, and he said himself he didn't want anything permanent until the summer. We might not even sign him in the summer, but we'll see. He's doing well for us, he's no world beater but he's decent enough. Hope he bags the winner against Luton on Tuesday night.

And also, L2 isn't really that much different to the BSP, especially the bottom half of L2, all much of a muchness.

Apparantly Preston were after him in the summer before he signed a new deal with us, but we just haven't used him this season, he's too inconsistent. Plus we've got this absolute goal machine in Ross Hannah on loan from Bradford at the moment, and we've got Liam Hearn to come back from injury in the new year so the manager's told him he can leave. He'll do bugger all in L1 though.

Marshall's doing alright, played the last 3 games for us because our other winger (Neilson) was suspended for 3 games. Looks a bit like that bloke from JLS don't he...

If abs are made in the kitchen, and from losing body fat then how are you supposed to put on bulk at the same time? Because to lose body fat surely you have to have a calorific deficit, where as to bulk out you have to have a surplus?

I'm trying to bulk out see but I want some abs as well!
