Any other avenues I can pursue to fix this darned thing?

My apologies for not thinking to screen shot these things sooner.

Here are screenshots that I hope will help diagnose the issue. 

Facepack wont show, despite Logos and Kits working. 

What I have, and have done:

• Graphics are located in the following folder:

C:\Users\Personal\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\graphics\faces

• Config.xml is also located in the above folder
• Cleared cache manually using reset button in the bottom left of preferences
• Reload skin when confirming is selected
• Use caching to decrease page load times is not selected
• Clicked on reload skin manually
• Other graphics have worked (logos, stadiums, kits)

Tricks I have tried that have seemingly worked for others:

• Change font size and then back again
• Change skin and then back again
• Duplicate config.xml (not sure how this could work, but I removed it after it didn't)

I have made sure that it is a complete download with all the necessary photos.

Any ideas?
