I think it's probably more an error in description of the kits.
22 and 23 are double vertical stripe left and right, and the 31 and 32 are double horizontal stripe (left space) and (right space) which is a bad description I agree but the kits are different - for 22 and 23 the stripes are directly next to each other, whilst for the 31 and 32 there is a gap between the stripes. Small difference but a difference nonetheless.
We already have 2 kits with double horizontal stripes - 21, where the stripes are against each other, and 30 where there is a gap between them, which again leads me to believe the design of 31 and 32 is correct.
My SS default kits match the actual design of the SI kits, regardless of the description.
However, I have made a couple of kits as you requested:-

Sorry for the late reply, I haven't been on these boards for a while.
The sponsor logos are simply a layer that is placed on top of the kit. The game by default does this for the club badges, and I've simply enhanced that layer with a shirt manufacturers logo and a sponsor.
If you prefer to have just the club crests showing on the shirts (without manufacturers logo and sponsor) then do the following:
a. After installation, navigate to the folder "Crest Only - by SI" (C:\Users\YOUR NAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\graphics\pictures\kits\2d\outfield\front\default\logos\Crest Only - by SI)
b. COPY the files named 0 - 13.
c. Navigate back a step to the "logos" folder.
d. PASTE the files there, replacing files 0 - 13 that are in that folder.

Sorry mate, this will only work installed on the C drive - I have never been able to make it work if I put it anywhere else. The game seems to have the file path hard coded.

The top image Beast has posted is correct, it is left sleeve then right sleeve - see attached SI's own 3D texture for Blackburn as evidence - their right sleeve is the blue one.

OK, you need to take the kits and logo's you have created and place them in a folder, then add a config.xml file like the one attached. In the config xml file (opens in Notepad) you will see the following lines

Change the words I have above in green to match the names of the files you have created (without the .png extension), and change the number I have in red to match the ID of your team (when you created it in the editor it will have given it a unique ID).
Then take the whole folder and drop it anywhere in C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\graphics\pictures and you should be good to go.
NOTE - If you are using any editor files created by other that also add clubs, then the ID of your created club in the game may differ to the ID it was given in the editor.

That normally happens if you install them in the wrong place. They need to be installed EXACTLY as per my last screenshot.
If they are not in this location:
C:\Users\YOUR NAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\graphics\pictures\kits\2d\outfield\front\default
Then they will not work.
Even a simple change - for example calling a folder Kits instead of kits will stop them working

This changes the default kits (ie those used when there is not a kit pack) into SS style kits. Also changes them on the tactics screen, team of the week screens etc.

This is not an issue unless you have added any clubs yourself. If you have then your added clubs could use the ID's (mine did!) and consequently show those kits from the Polish or Spanish packs.

Bishops Stortford Home and Away are same as last year (source - club shop). Doesn't seem to be a third, but the SI third is the same as lest year's SS third.
Dartford 3rd by SI (doesn't seem to be an actual 3rd IRL) is the same as last year's SS third
Hemel Hempstead Home and Away are same as last year (source - match photos from club website)
Margate Away (per SI, cannot verify elsewhere) is the same as last years
Oxford City Away is same as last year (source - match photos from club website)
St Albans Away is same as last year (source - match photos from club website)
Wealdstone Home is same as last year, and this year's third kit is last year's way kit (source - club website)
Might save you from having to make a few kits

Sorry, this is not something that can be corrected - it's actually a bug in the game and nothing to do with the default kit pack.
You see exactly the same issue using the standard kits from SI - the game shows the outfield kit for the goalkeeper in these screens, but then applies the "effect" layer for the goalkeeper shirts.

OK, I see what you have done.
The files 0 - 13 should be inside the "logos" folder in your screenshot, and as you are seeing a double effect I am guessing you have another copy of them already in there.
So, to fix things:
1. Delete the file called 0 from the folder "default" (the one in your screenshot)
2. Go into the folder "Plain with Neck" and COPY the files named 1 - 13 from there into the "default" folder, replacing the files in there with the same names.
When you have finished your "default" and "logos" folders should look like the attached screenshots (the "logos" folder is inside the "default" folder):

Something is not right - your third kit seems to have the the "effect" layer duplicated as the Puma "kit" with the Cisco sponsor and the Nike "kit" with the PayPal sponsor are both the badges overlay from my "effect" layer!
Have you installed the game in the default location and is the full file path to the default kits as follows:
C:\Users\YOUR NAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\graphics\pictures\kits\2d\outfield\front\default
And within that folder is there a "logos" folder (which contains the badge & sponsor overlay)?
Also, did have you turned off the skin cache and reloaded your skin?

This FM2016 pack will ONLY work properly in FM2016.

Hi loomie,
Yes, these do appear to work fine in FM2017.
However IF Sports Interactive have made any changes to the existing default kits (they don't normally) or IF they have added new default styles (they do occasionally) then these won't show using these default kits until I have updated them, but I won't be able to check that until actual release as I need to use the archive extractor to see what's inside the graphics.fmf file and that isn't available in the beta.
