Don't know if this is a problem related to your new server, or something that's happened at my end, but when I download kit-packs the name is wrong and the extension (.zip) is missing.
For example when I download the 2016/17 English Premier kits, named "Premier League 1617 by ArchaonDaniels.zip" I actually download a file called "Premier". If I add .zip to the name it works fine, so it is the same file.
This only happens when using Firefox AND when downloading from Sortitoutsi. Using Firefox to download kitpacks from FM-View works absolutely fine, and if I download from Sortitoutsi using Chrome, again it works fine. I just get the problem using Firefox and only on Sortitoutsi.
Noticed this issue yesterday - when clicking on a download link a message box popped up saying somethig like I was tring to download a "octlet" (or somat like that, sorry should have noted it down) and asking if I wanted to download or open it. Slecting download worked, but I received the file called "Premier" and had to add the extension. Today I don't get the pop-up box and the file downloads straight away, but it is still miss-named and does not have the extension.
I've never had this problem before, and over the years I've downloaded thousands of packs. As it has only ever happened on your site and since you changed servers then I'm guessing it's somehing at your end (though why it would only effecy Firefox is beyond me!).

Thank you for bringing it to my attention - I will swap them over an re-release the pack once I've got my hands on FM17 to make sure they've not added any more default styles for this year.

According to their web-site Wealdstone do have a 15-16 third kit (see HERE). It is described as "3rd Kit for 2015-16 Season" and is exactly the same a last year's third kit and even seems to have the same sponsor, so you can just copy that across from the 14-15 Conference North pack from last year.
Even though Weston don't have a third kit IRL, in-game it is the same as last year's 3rd kit, and anyone with a save-game will need a Weston 3rd. They can just use the third from the 14-15 pack, or alternately I have de-sponsored & re-sponsored versions of last year's third kit:

Hi Mate,
You need the "FULL PACK v2015.01" first then each of the updates, in numerical order starting with "Update 2015.02 (from 2015.01) FIXED".
Each update contains new backgrounds AND updated backgrounds, so if you don't apply them in the correct order you will end up with some backgrounds showing out of date logos.

I know there aren't Boston, Lowestoft and Telford 3rd kits this year in real life but in game they are the same as last year's third kits, so if you have the packs from last year you can copy them across (though Lowestoft 3rd probably needs sponsor blanking out - see below) if you want a full set before they are edited out (which you will also need if you already have a save game on the go).
Here's a de-sponsored Lowestoft 3rd Kit (from last year, no such kit this year. I did not make this kit, just removed the sponsor):

My Chalkboard Backgrounds for FM20xx have been updated to version 2016.02 to match v 2016.02 of Kremmen's awesome metallic logos (used with his kind permission - many thanks mate). These look just as awesome in FM2016 as that do in previous versions.
Includes over 1800 full-screen backgrounds covering most competitions in the game (one for every competition where there is a metallic logo), including the English reserves and under 18 leagues, complete with config files.
Note - You need to have backgrounds enabled and be using a skin that supports backgrounds to use these.
This pack includes alternate backgrounds for the European Championships, World Cup and Olympics.
Installation Instructions - WINDOWS ONLY (for other Operating Systems I suggest you extract the archive in a separate location and manually copy to the destination directories).
CARE - these instructions will REPLACE any existing files of the same name in the destination directory. There SHOULD be no effect on any other files in those directories - they should not be replaced or deleted.
However, for the sake of safety I strongly recommend that you back-up any files you have before following these instructions, so that you can replace them if something goes wrong.
1. Place the pack or update in the directory C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20xx\graphics\pictures\backgrounds\competitions (if this does not exist you will need to create it).
2. Extract the archive - This will over-write any previous verisons of the file. If you get the message that the file already exists and do you want to replace, select "Yes to all".

If you are using Windows then simply putting the file "SS16 Defaults.zip" (NOT "Fidney's SS16 Default Kits.zip" ) in "C:\Users\YOUR NAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016" and using "Extract Here" will create all the necessary sub-directories as it extracts.
I've updated the OP with a screenshot of the pack in place - all created directories are circled in red.

Please make sure they you have them in exactly the same place, and that all folders are named exactly the same (no capital letters) as specified.
Even an extra space in the file path will mess things up (the game seems to have the path hard-coded).
Also, have you turned off the skin cache in game and reloaded your skin?
If you have all the above, and you're still having problems, then give me another nudge.

I'm running Windows 10 too, and have no problem accessing the Steamapps folder, which I have here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps
Same location as it was in Windows 8.1, which I upgraded from to Windows 10. Presume it will be in same location even it you did a clean install of Win 10.

Don't use this pack in FM2016.
As you have noticed SI have now added their own badges layer to the kits meaning my enhanced ones end up with 2 badges, and if you use the unenhanced ones the badge is in the wrong place.

Here are a few alternate metallic logos that I've made to use in my own game and thought I'd share them here on off chance that someone else may like to use them. Based on the shoulder patch the players wear, which does not differentiate between the divisions.
Sky Bet Championship, League 1 & League 2 (IDs 12, 13 & 14)
Vanarama Conference, Conference North & Conference South (IDs 109201, 150990, 5123054 & 5123055)
I've also had a go at the new Cardiff City logo they will use form next season (ID 625) - Not the best but will do until kremmen does a proper one

If you look in your first post you will see that you have another one in-
graphics > kits > Barclays Premier League
This is the one that must have the fantasy shirts - delete that folder or just the config.xls file that will be in the folder and you should see the right kits in the game.
