I downloaded download manager for chrome and activated it in the toolbar, I think that I did it right?

I'm positive that my internet connection isn't the problem, it has to be some other issue.
I did download the file before I was a member but the file was damaged and I couldn't unzip the file.
This text is above the download file:
"It looks like you've already downloaded this megapack before, in which case you might prefer to download one (or more) of the small update packs below.
But you can still download the bigger complete pack if you wish"
Strange considering that il never succeeded.
Is there some other way for me to get hold of the file?
I tried one last time via Firefox same problem and I'm using Nord vpn so I'm incognito all the time.

i am using download manager, I've downloaded some other things just to try and no problems there. this is very weird

when I press resumes download its says( nätverksfel in Swedish) Connection lost.
Another strange thing is that according to chrome it will take me 10 hours to download 20gb when its usually taktes about 10 to 15 min.
I checkade my connection and its nothing wrong whit it (300mb/s)
Can I use a torrent downloader like vuze?

Can someone please help me I'm trying to download the Cut out player faces megapack, after ten times whitout any luck I'm going bananas.
The download stops after 5 min every time and I can't reload the download, its says connection lost?
Im using a Mac and have never experienced any problems like this before.
Would be grateful if someone can tell my what to do.
