yeah I think an update is required. I had the same issue. I had to remove the mod to allow me to click on anything on the right around tactics, instructions etc. It wasnt letting me click anything top left

Just wanted to drop the creator a message. What a wonderful piece of work. Well done.

Building on the foundations of others and taking cut out regens to a whole new level. I was very impressed with the quality of the images, the abundance by ethnicity and even more impressed with the program and its ability to make it really easy to see when you out of date and generate new config files.

Its people like you that make this FM community great. Thanks for all your hard work to make it pleasurable for us to all play.

Most likely, the fill has not fully downloaded yet. In fact, the icon it's showing is one which is unfamiliar to me, and isn't of WinRar files. Try downloading it again, and making sure the file size is the same as that indicated on the download page.

Good to see you resolved that @rogeriofza, but if you'd initially searched in the graphics folder like I specifically asked you to (and not the sortitoutsi one you looked in), you'd have found that stray folder earlier 😉

Fair enough. i understand what you mean now, but I wasn't following earlier. Apologies for wasting your time.

OK found the culprit. For some reason there was a 2025.00 change pack in another directory with my kits. This was throwing it out. Removed that and it all worked.

@rogeriofza, as stated earlier, when you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config files somewhere.

Can you make a search in the graphics folder of the following UID: 2000264574? That's Marko Ristic fyi.

Before you take a screenshot, can you sort the results in the manner outlined below?

This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.

When you run the search, can you change the below search options?

This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacks, and where that image is coming from within your files…

Here is the screen shots you asked for. I found the png file and the config.xml shows up cause of file contents

Each config.xml is around 34MB big…do you think the game wont read this size of XML file. Goes to around 480k thousands on lines

Downloaded the packs as described and I cannot see any faces. I have downloaded these on previous versions with no issues but cannot get them to work on FM24. Worked initially with the main download but at some stage loading up all the update packs the faces stopped showing. I believe I have the right setup etc. but could be wrong so I will show what I have at the moment. All other downloads I have done from this site have worked well but not this one.

I have to concur. These packs i have installed before and never had issues. For some reason this 25.00 isnt working even as a clean install. Strange

Thanks mons. I cleaned up my folder. made it empty. Torrented 25.00 and only applied those faces. So started a fresh. Started downloading previous updates thinking i was going to go back to 2024.x but stopped that. Trying to get 25.00 afresh installed

Just downloaded 25.00 pack- 12.x GB.

Its not working. Nothing wrong with the rar file. It uncompressed. Its in my grahpics/faces folder

All the faces are there..but the config.xml files are not well formed for some reason

I managed to get NEWGAN working with the “r-” config change.

However is everyone experiencing Japanese players are not showing. Its definately showing in the config but not showing up in the game. This is different for other nationalities….which is showing correctly.
