You need to Add Nation Rules- select a Nation eg Spain
make sure you select ADD LOWER DIVISIONS AND CUPS
Then you need to do this
convert to advanced rules
now you get to see the rules concerning that Nation and the various Leagues (This where you can remove things like Brexit easily via the agreements section when viewing England)

no I dont think so you can however remove it from being visible in preferences see if that makes any change...it will at least stop you from being able to access it as you will need to make it visible again so a workaround😉

no not really you mean processing speed?
if you want to run a couple of speed tests with and without the graphic files and holiday for a week you can compare the processing I did it a few versions ago it made hardly any difference

I like to remove the generic pitch etc from the stadium overview panel so it ends up like this
