Well, my issue is (and that is why I posted in this forum) that it was advertised on sortitoutsi.net where I bought the key.
I was not expecting a beta/early access due to any past experiences with FM launches or any other reason but because I was told so when I purchased the keys on here.

Your screenshot confirms that a beta/early access for touch was never going to happen. That is the point I am trying to make: Is it not false advertisement on sortitoutsis' part then?

as said PM footygamer we cant tag anyone into a thread and the issue has come from SI this isnt his fault

There seems to be a whole lot of people over at SI with the same issue as SI didnt make it clear that Touch wasnt coming out today as that linked thread shows. The confusion is down to them

Can you please list any changes/tips you are finding as you play, and what you consider positive/negative etc

- Launch the Steam client software and log into your Steam account or create a new, free account
- Click the Games Menu
- Choose Activate a Product on Steam
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation process

It looks like users at SI brought this up on their forums as the steam library changed the date of the release without any notification from SI on their forums there is a reply from one of their staff in that thread.

Regarding here I am sure that @footygamer went off the dates given by SI and as you can see from the image below there is the issue!!

seen a few comments in thread where some users seem confused what to do once they have received their code

open steam and click add a game -Then click activate a product (in the image you will see that is for FM19 and the install button shows as the game has obviously been released)

I have activated the code, as you can check on the attached screenshot the game is in my Steam Library. However, I don't have the option to install it. I've also deactivated Family View in case it was causing issues.

As footygamer already said there won't be the option to install yet the game is not released yet

Yes I pre-purchased FM21 in September but the email I received strangely refers to FM20 which of course I already have.

I purchased the game from Sortitoutsi and received an email which states " your FM2020 steam code is available" and with a "more information" button. But when I click on the button it comes up with "not found ".

So no steam code and no access to the game.

Can you help please ?

Disable the Europe file is the only fix, it does of course mean teams will not be in as they should be for this season. It's a shame but these things happen, we'll come back stronger next year hopefully with less disruption to tackle too! I will still see if I can find a fix.

I see you only just joined the site today?? also on your profile it shows you joined after you posted(timestamp) which obviously doesnt make sense
I wonder if this is part of the issue new users taking out premium membership, just a thought ...if it helps footygamer easier to resolve

@footygamer after I posted this and I checked the last 3 users to post here and their time/date of joining has now changed to the current time...it looks like it is always showing the current time

Tried to merge other posts from a user with the same issue, @mons post from the thread merged but the users didn't🤔 (must be another bug ) so please can user/s with issues regarding this post here so @footygamer can see them all when he is on site rather than the chance of them getting lost if there are several threads😉
