yes agreed the data update team do a great job as it is, but extending loans is just pointless, I dont think some users seem to get it, and keep adding these submissions ,they seem to think that the game will magically extend the 19/20 season to morph real life

there is a problem. Boateng is still in Fiorentina. Boateng is an important player of Beşiktaş

Just an observation here for the live update I see some loans are being extended for players to cover real life events.

However this is pointless IMO as the game wont replicate real life in extending the season due to covid, the leagues will finish as normal on their due date.

so in effect players will stay on loan after the end of season/ holiday period with clubs paying unnecessary wages/fees etc so there is no point, and if we are talking lower leagues it can have a bearing on their finances etc

so extending a loan like this is pointless just leave him on loan until its due date to finish

@Jay Brockie what are your feelings as its going to save the countless submissions being approved re this as in effect its just wasting your time doing them mate

Only seeing this now, but I suspect that he had a preference ticked not to move matches for TV. It's intended primarily for network games so that you don't have multiple match stoppages.

I have downloaded the latest changes for the real licenses fix that's it. The database I am using is the 20.4.0 but on the bottom left hand screen it says I am playing 20.4.1. The name changes are fine it's just for some unknown reason all Europa League games are played on a Wednesday and all league games get played on a Saturday at 3. I don't have a single Sunday match and neither does any other team in the league.

I haven't download anything in terms of real fixtures/results. Didn't think I would need to as Europa Leagues games are played on a Thursday night.

I have tried a new save as Arsenal and again their Group Stage games in the Europa League are on a Wednesday night instead of Thursday.

I don't recall this happening before generally whenever I have played with a team in the Europa League before the games were played on a Thursday.

I asked as I have seen this before when using real fixtures/result add ons
as you say Europa are set to be played on a thursday sounds like a bug

take a screenshot of the schedule for Europa try a couple of months just to see, also check the other teams in the comp to see if they played on the correct day

Simultaneously besides improving the generated faces, I am working on an app that manages the config generation for your regens. I aim to make it cross-platform compatible (Linux/OSX/Win10). Also we teamed up with people from Zealand to improve and diversify our next facepack. Plus we have a better cleaning process, so we get rid of the "halo" most of the time completely.

We hope to release it soon, but it will still take some time. So stay tuned.

just for users to be aware we are finding issues/bugs with changing a person who has retired as a player who then became a non player and now has come back out of retirement to be a player again- eg Robben IRL is going to be a player at FC Groningen
for the 20/21 season

I have tried to resolve this by using just the pre game editor and it is bugged at the SI end so not a lot can be done at this stage

tried changing him to be a player that was bugged player/non player same result setting up future transfer too all with the same result, did have some joy just putting him directly in their squad but he had no contract in game(even though I set one for 2 years in the editor) and he couldnt get a work permit so not going well
lots of the changes in the editor are showing as failed and some of the ones that worked still dont show up in game

Yes but as I saw this happen on several players on loan (submissions terminating their loans prematurely being approved, and submissions trying to reinstate the loan being disabled) I was curious as to the reasoning. On a semi-related note, I sent you a DM about live updates, would appreciate it if you let me know your thoughts

take that up with the mod who approved anything like that

just a quick question - it seems several loans that in real life are in place until the end of June, are being terminated on the data update - Schurrle @ Spartak and @ Esbjerg come to mind. In reality both of these players are at their respective loan clubs until the end of the month - does teminating loans prematurely somehow make further edits easier or something?
