I think there is a bug in the data update file, as many staff members have wrong roles. I don’t know why, because here on this website, it says they have the right roles, but when I open the FM Editor or FM, and see the changes, I can see many staff members with wrong roles, e.g. Allardyce, Terzic, Cotterill.

I’m not in charge of the data update, but I think it need to be fixed, as it is very annoying. It is like the game is choosing random roles to some staff members. I don’t know if it is the game itself or the data update 😊

yes mate I just checked and was about to post the same thing I am tagging @Footygamer so he is aware

as you say the changes are showing correctly here on site

but the checks I made on staff showing updated here correctly( eg sam allardyce/sammy lee) are showing as coaches in the official FM Editor/game rather than a manager/ass man as they are here, so something is wrong

IIRC there were no issue before the game was patched to the most recent update perhaps that's where the issue is?

I have looked at change made to big sam by data team and it looks fine here he was set as manager I have resubmitted it but if he still shows not as manager at WBA in next update then there is a bug so just report it here

@barcaseb has stated "I don't know why this happens. I have tried to approve these changes, and I hope it will fix the problem with the wrong job roles".... but the changes he submitted... as well as the changes that others have submitted, have been inputted as first team coach.

I am not trying to single out Barceseb... or any other staff member, but several of them have tried to make these changes and they have not been able to do so.

I have recently seen that you have completed a staff change (Xisco to Watford), so you are obviously doing something differently (and correctly) than the other staff members

Can you advise them or speak to @Footygamer about this?

I don't deal with the live update I only submit the odd change when it is very busy
I haven't done anything that the staff dealing with it couldn't do

So if a correct change hasn't been approved users need to ask the staff member who didn't approve it

Updating this opening post to clarify if you want to delete your account you need to do this yourself

By selecting edit profile

NB Moderators cannot delete your account we can ban etc but this will not delete your account fully...The only way is to follow the method above yourself

Do Not start any new threads on this or post on other threads which has nothing to do with this subject. Really there is no need to post even in this thread just delete your own account.

Evening all, a quick Q.

Righty-ho, tried a search but no luck.

If I use create a club, can I select things like database mods and leagues from the workshop to use in that game, like normal career mode?

Or am I better off just using the main editor to make a club?

I have never used create a club so cant confirm what you are asking so either give it a try or plan B as you say use the editor and then for sure you can use other edited files
IMO you should be able to use the files with create a club but only one way to find out for sure😉

there are various things you can edit for a referee but this issue no not really
open up the pre game editor and look at a well known official eg Felix Brych you can see there what can be done

personally I would like the unsackable option to be for AI managers so you could allow someone like Arteta the time to have a good go at the job etc
