hi @mons just wondering I have a few cuts from last year that still haven't been made active in the megapack, is this because they aren't good enough an I should cut them again or is there another reason. Thanks.

can you attach your config file from the faces megapack please so I can make sure there are no errors inside it

the cuts are too low quality for these players, occasionally if the player is unknown or has only 1 image we can allow a lower quality cut but in this case many images exist so I shouldn't have accepted these. If I came at it from a different angle, I am unsure where your difficulty is. My workflow for cut out images is:

1. Find high quality image
2. Crop to square size just below chin with iloveimg
3. Resize with iloveimg to 250x250
4. Remove background with remove.bg

There is no image sharpening at all of players.

You could only be using photopea if it is required to either adjust the collar or remove snow which is like a white border around the image. However as you seem to be deviating from the video tutorials it can get quite frustrating having to repeat ourselves so I can see where mons is coming from. I will allow you one more attempt at a decent cut tagging me when it is completed and high quality but if this is not up to standard I would have to say you should not be creating any cut out players. I hope this is fair in your eyes.

Yep thats fair. With nationalities it’s a bit easier as you can accept proof e.g. National team lineups but with positions and stuff it’s a bit harder

currently ive changed the non player international club to the nationality and then set role to player but this is probably wrong

whats the best way to update a players nationality on the data update? seen two that need changing however I think I have done it incorrectly

I've changed the rest now so its fine, but 3D kits can be game ready thats fine, rest as sources. ty

Afraid I don't think the image will be edited to have the black and white ribbons as otherwise it would have to keep changing every winner, but you could make your own to replace it in your own graphics pack if you wanted

my right fullback marks the lw and left fb marks the rw and that seems to work for me

We now break into the 2028/29 season, and I get the alert I've been here for 5 whole years, and in that time we seem to have had alot of success. 

On the club side of things, I single-handedly demolish the league year in year out, not having lost one since my debut season. The president's cup has slipped away twice in my career in 2 sloppy semi-final losses, but recently we seem to have taken control. Furthermore, a very accepting board have agreed to  bump us up to Semi Professional, which will help with loaning out players to other teams when we have the coefficients to qualify for the CONCACAF Champions League. Here's a rundown of the current team (PEEP YOUTH INTAKE PLAYER JUSTE ATKINS ON THE RIGHT WING):

A couple big names have come and gone, for example Spurs reject Japhet Tanganga and Bundesliga journeyman Christoph Klarer, which have help boost our reputation in the game. 

On the international side of things, the BVI have had limited success there too.

We have managed to add 16 positions to our world rankings with occasional wins in the CONCACAF Nations League and the CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers, but struggle with beating other north american/carribean teams as they all seem to have 1 major league player which is something we lack.
