It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

It's funny cuz this only guy have a face. All of them not.
I only have the megapack here. I tried to download the updates but I couldn't because I live in Brazil, and there was an IP limit problem, btw.

You know what's funny? If I download the face via "Submission Search" and replace the file in the folder: BOOM.
But I'm not going to do that for 480 thousand faces. I've wasted the whole day trying to solve this problem. I'm really disappointed. I want to know where the error is, since I did everything right.

Hi everyone. I just downloaded the complete Cut-Out Player Faces Megapack. Most of the player faces are there but some are missing, including Endrick, Griezmann Oblak etc. They are completely blank. What could be the problem? I had 22 gb left before I downloaded the face pack, now I have 230 mb left, if that makes any difference.

You should have 491,000+ images in your faces folder - is that the case? If not, you haven't the full megapack. If you think you're OK, can you make a search in the graphics folder of 2000220941 (the UID of Endrick)?
Before you take a screenshot, can you sort the results in the manner outlined below?
This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.
When you run the search, can you change the below search options?
This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacks, and where that image is coming from within your files…

It's a rar file, and you need Winrar to extract it. Get the free version, and you'll be fine.

hi @mons just wondering I have a few cuts from last year that still haven't been made active in the megapack, is this because they aren't good enough an I should cut them again or is there another reason. Thanks.

I can't for the life of me understand how I either (a) downloaded only part of the pack or (b) considered images in 250x250 not improvements on 180x180 cuts. Sorry! I've added the 4 cuts not added from that pack to my folder to be added into the next update pack 👍

i am experiencing an issue with downloading sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_2025.00.part04.rar as it doesnt exist when opening https://frdl.io/8q1k38kxdcvl/sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_2025.00.part04.rar and when i use the second file my browser is flagging the website as unsafe and is suggesting against downloading from it, i have downloaded all other parts of the cut out mega pack with the first linked website except for part 4,
can anyone please support me?

Hello. I have downloaded the newest cut out faces for FM24, It is not the first Time I use this, I know how to set it up, and it has always been working flawlessly. But In my Arsenal save in the FM24 The game isn't showing Myles Lewis-Skelly and Ethan Nwaneri faces. And I see they are in the faces folder. I have reloaded the skin a few times but still no success. Can someone help? I am playing FM24 on Epic games

You've gone this far in checking their photos in the folder… so, there's just one more step: Open the config.xml file, and fix/edit/add the entries of those players.
If, for some reason, the entries in the config.xml file are wrong or missing, then reloading the skin many times doesn't change anything.
P.S. I have created a new game (Steam), and found both players have their photos… so the original config.xml file from the facepack should be good to go.

I have added the two lines with their ID's in config file. started new game, with updated database and the other with old database from release of the game…still nothing. All players from first team have pictures, but non from the youth team has. I have no idea what is wrong.
Do I maybe need to download the update files for facepack?

For the players you don't get a cut, is it the default silhouette you see, or an empty space?

It's default black silhouette. I have 20000035949 files or pics to be exact in the faces folder. Both of those players faces are there, but don't show in game

You cropped out the most important bit of that screenshot - the bottom left corner where it says how many files that folder contains. Can you post it please?

Regardless of whether you've the most updated version of facepack (may download the full pack again and start over… if you've the time), but the thing is:
The photos still aren't showing. Mmm… you reloaded the skin, but did you clear cache?
