Can you check your 5 dbc/permanent folders and make sure only these files are contained in there:

As clearly described in the readme and in the main post, you need to delete the original dbc, edt and lnc folders and replace all 5 of them with the ones in this download. At the end of the process, each folder should look like the screenshots in the main post. Hope this helps
