Not surprised at the sacking of O'Neil, just a bit shocked at the timing. I watched the first half of yesterday's game and to be brutally honest, Sunderland were absolutely useless. But I think it's more to do with the players. Adam Johnson has been a shadow of himself and hasn't showed anywhere near the form he did for Manchester City. Danny Graham I don't think has even scored and Stephane Sessegnon has been disappointing. Also, does anyone else think Rickie Lambert deserves an England call up? Scored yet again yesterday so why are we ignoring the highest scoring Englishman in the Premier League? Just a thought...

Unfortunately for Sunderland, he's shown exactly the form he showed for City. Lazy, inconsistent and often invisible.

I know Man City weren't that good, but they looked as if they had another gear, like in the 5 minute spell before HT.

Yeah, you could tell you were down to bare bones. I just think Krul and Tiote left the biggest gaps. There's no way Krul would have conceded Yaya's goal, for instance, and Tiote would have provided an actual barrier in central midfield.

I didn't even notice Jonas was playing until the 41st minute.

I just thought the scoreline flattered us a bit.

Lampard and Gerrard have both been awesome this season.

Cabaye has been absolutely outstanding when he's played - but he's been injured a lot.

He's dirty as fuck but such a good player.

It's not a proper kit, it's a training kit. Why would our away or third kit be predominantly sky blue? It makes no sense.

Bit of an exaggeration to say he's 'utter shit' for them. He's stuck out wide normally and if you've watched much of Napoli, especially when things aren't going well, you'll have seen Cavani's habit of dropping very deep to help win the ball back etc rather than stay forward and do what he does best.

Hopefully with Forlan getting on a bit he'll be used centrally a bit more and do for Uruguay what he does in Serie A.

Fine, he's 'utter shit' compared to his Napoli form.

I have a pitbull and there is fuck all wrong with her, my cousins ex bought her as a new born pup with a purpose to breed and fight.
