With the new season upon us i have started editing to incorporate the new transfers, promotions relegations etc.

This year i have decided to tinker with the editor in order to create a more enjoyable and in some cases a more realistic game. So far i have:

- Increased all top managers intelligence (Judging ability & potential, buying players, tactics etc)

-Increased patience of all chairman and owners to try and give more time to new managers and old alike (seeing Klopp win ther league, then finish 4th the season after and get sacked has always irked me)

-increased all nations Youth Rating to enable a higher standard of youth player (Nations>Information>Youth Rating)

-Increasesd the PA of under 18's players who have risen in stock for the 2020/21 season

-Removed all injuries (They aren't up to date anyway and i thought a clean slate would be nice)

-Removed all sponsorship names of leagues and competitons i.e Serie A TIM is now Serie A and Carabao Cup is now League Cup etc (These generally change everynow and then anyway and i prefer the traditional names)

-Added 20 200 PA 14 year old Wonderkids around the world at small clubs to track their progress and enjoy seeing them make their mark on the game ( i know this won't be for everyone but i love it)


So, what are your thoughts? Do you change, add, remove anything for a better FM experience?

basically i am loading up those stock licence fix files alongside my own file (which just has league names edited and wonderkids added)
When the game loads my wonderkids are there but the league names are not reflecting what i changed them to.

I'm wondering what the conflict is?

I am editing before i start a game.

I have changed all my league names in the editor and saved it.

When i go to load up a new game i select my edited file along with downloaded licences fix .fmf files (photo attached)

Are one of the licence fix files taking precedence over my league name edits as they are not showing up when the game starts?

I would like to change competition names of various leagues. (Sky Bet League One to League One, Serie A TIM to Serie A etc etc)



I have all the competition name fix .inc files in place and utilise 8 editor files for all the other fixes.



when I change the competition name in my personal data editor file it does not translate to the game.



is this because I have to do it in all 8 editor files or because the completion name change.inc file is in place in the folder structure?



whats the best way to go about changing the comp names please?

I don't think I have that option as I haven't created an U21 league I have just set the U21 to replicate the 'main divisions' on account of me not being able to get it working by creating the custom U21 leagues.

Let me know if that makes sense or I can give you the exact details.

Can i add a rule that allows 3 over 21's to be selected in a match day team?

This is my first post so apologies if it is not in the correct section and please feel free to help and move if necessary.

I have created a World Super League, I wanted it simple and to play ball with my OCD.

I feel I have done a decent job with a 5 tier system, with every team having a Reserves and U18 and those respective leagues matching up exactly with the main tier system. All is working perfectly.

My issue is, having commandered Andorra as a nation and changing all the relevant details so that it is now a "World Nations" and hosts my Super League structure, I want to stop "World Nations from entering all International competitions.

Doing so for the FIFA World Cup is easy enough by unticking the 'World Governing Body Full Member' box
but I can't seem to stop them entering future Nations League and European Championship qualifying etc. I have tried removing them from the registered teams but that has not helped. Has anyone got any advice or help on this please?

I'm pretty OCD with my FM editing unfortunately, and the though of World Nations getting to a final of a major competition and marring the history books annoys me so I have to constantly keep an eye on it. So far in my bug checking holiday sessions they have only ever managed to get to the quarter finals of the European Championships in 2032. but id prefer to not have to think about it!

Any help greatly appreciated
