Tube, zones 1-3, is approximately £1300 a year, which if you just use for back and forth daily from Zone 2 to 1 saves you about fifty pounds a month. It's just a bit fucking heavy to drop that kind of cash in one go. A friend of mine got his company to loan him the cash to do it.

I spent some time working in Chertsey, which is also in Surrey, and if you can avoid it then don't commute from London to Surrey. Guildford isn't that far away, maybe 30-35 minutes on the train, but it's the sheer organisation of getting there that's annoying. To Chertsey I was waking up at half six in the morning to be out of the house by seven so I could be at Putney for 7:30 so I could get the 7:41 to Chertsey so I could be at work for 8:45. Only commute from the countryside into London if you have kids and need the space of a real house.

It's the not the most vibrant place in the world, that's for sure, but it's pretty close to Guildford which has got a good set of bars and restaurants filled with young sluts. I suppose if it gets you into England and near to London then you can use it as a stepping stone.

Rent wise I have no idea, i'd estimate at about £150pw in a flat, but I have no straight idea. As for food, beer, cigarettes, clothes... it's going to be near enough the same price as London. Are you going to the college there?

It's a very quaint, upmarket town in Surrey. I've only been a few times, I've spent far more time in Guildford which is larger but relatively similar. It's just a run of the mill Surrey town with I used to play football against Charterhouse there. Nice bird who'd hate you and your Irish drawl.

I don't see why it's too removed. The whole point of trying to get Walt is to have someone, anyone, turn on him. Those two people are either Skyler or Jesse. Now of those two people, who seems more jaded, more worn out, more broken by the odyssey at this point? One is refusing to cooperate with a law enforcement relative and seems still ready to be at her husband's side, despite all manner of anguish she has been through. The other has had a mental breakdown and is now throwing money out of window.

You're missing the bigger picture at any rate, if you want to over-analyse the situation then you need to keep thinking about his house and how it ended up that way, how he is using an identification with Skyler's maiden name, why he's carrying an M60 in the trunk of his car.

I don't know, just enjoy the show and enjoy the ride, people spend too much time focusing on every minor detail in this program that they seem to miss out on actually just enjoying the spectacle. In the last two episodes there's been about seven scenes in total and every one has been masterful. This is the apex of storytelling in a visual format, just relish it because it'll be over soon.

Have you played any of the modes in GTA IV or Red Dead Redemption?

There's nothing 'revolutionary' about it. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's average, but there's a finite amount of content. The standard multiplayer modes are sub-standard and so don't last out, the co-operative modes also tire out quickly too because there are only a certain number of them. Having a house or garage is great and so is making races, but it's not going to last. People whinge and complain about Call of Duty games, but the fact of the matter is that those games have multiplayer which lasts, which retains its excitement.

So far the open world Rockstar games have done a good job of trying to get an open world to be online, but it's still just not there yet and won't be until they can incorporate a persistent world that allows players to play missions together and against other humans.
