@Lebohang Mokoena I didn't add the collar, but since the collar was from the original image I thought that it was okay to leave with only one collar. @mons usually do not comment this despite i've made cuts like this a thousand times.
I suppose that it sometimes could look a bit strange with two collars on an image dependent on how the face is oriented, for example.

There's also another pending source, in case it's better than the image you've found.

Oh sorry - i think you got me wrong.

I asked you to delete the first source I uploaded this morning, because I found a better one (the second). The cut-out I made, was fine, it was only the source image I wanted you to delete. Can you undo it, or should I upload in once again?

Not much we can do, it's SI who'd have to change his name in the official database. However, I know that Sepp is generally a diminutive form of Josef, and there are plenty of places where he's listed as Josef, so I don't even think it's an error as such.
