Following on from what Xande_nojosa wrote.

I play with Flut skin, I was unable to add a new manager and I deleted my profile. So what I did was reverted back to the normal skin and that allowed me to create a new profile after that it's a case of following the steps as Xande_Nojosa has put down. Once you pick your team and save then you can use whatever skin you used previously. 

Yes u can but make the backgrounds in jpg cause the editor can't read it if in png.

I use 1920x1080 resolution myself

well they said they will look into it,but there's about 5 persons that stated the issue in the bug forum at SIgames.

So either we get an minor update next week or middle Marts I think.

Now I have injoyed these for some hours and I really like that u see them on Club Overview and under the match but not when u look at your player (I use Flut skin)

There is only those 2 ways (As far as I know of)

Normal editor u have to add the third kit to the team yourself and then save it ,but u still have to start a new save.Thats the only way with the normal editor.

Ingame editor: If u hat that u could have added the third kit in your savegame, but seens u don't have that your fucked.

U have to add it yourself, either in the ingame editor or in the editor itself.

U can also use this. Link in the bottom.(If u use the SSKCC22.2 files u have to start a new save. The files goes to Editor data folder where u have the game installed)
