the editor that came with game as it always does mate, think you need to take a visit to SI forums and read up on the editors forum will save a lot of hassle

just move him back there within the edited file file or remove that change lots of options

Either use fmXML or FM Graphics Configurator

Unless you're sure you know what you're doing, I would recommend keeping a backup of the starting config files to be able to go back to them if the need arises

Graphics need to be placed anywhere within Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2017 / graphics directory. If you have downloaded the correct files, they will invariably contain a config file, so you shouldn't have to edit it.
