About time Mazzarri was sacked. Mancini should do alright. Very different squad to what he had last time at Inter though.

Will be long until they succeed in the Champions League then.

So just how bad are the Royal Mail? It's said ' your item bla bla has arrived in MANCHESTER MAIL CENTRE and is being processed for delivery' for like a week now.

What's the general opinion of Deila after a couple of months in charge at Celtic? Do they still want him sacked after the shaky start or has he won over the fans now that they are topping the league?

A 4-2-3-1 with Milner and Fernando behind Toure sounds a lot more balanced than what Fernandinho-Toure's form has shown this season at least...

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think I heard the commentator saying Aston Villa have never lost 5 in a row without scoring in their 103 seasons in the top tier of English football.

All exemplified in Benteke's header in the back of Cole's head tonight really.

Wales, Northern Ireland and Iceland all topping their groups. Surely we'll get to see at least one of those teams in the Euro's? As for Northern Ireland, they should be able to get at least a play off spot in what has to be a historically weak group.

Glad Josh King did well the other day although he is making noises about wanting to leave us. How is he doing tonight?

He's said he will consider his options if he doesn't get to play regularly come January, which is quite understandable. Been very lively for us the last couple of games (England, Italy and Malta) - went off with what looked like a pulled back muscle in the 60th minute or so tonight though. Created some problems for the Bulgarian defence but had quite quiet night all in all. Think he's better off as a striker than on the left wing btw.

We pulled off a 2-1 win in the end thankfully. 15-year-old wonder kid Martin Ødegaard made his debut too. Captain Skjelbred and Stefan Johansen best on the field.

Argh, our defensive set pieces suck as per usual, giving Bulgaria the opportunity to equalise after completely dominating the 1st half. /o\

...or not lol. 2-0 already after 25 mins. Joshua King has been all over Malta, set up Dæhli for the first goal and just doubled the lead with a nice solo goal.

The fact that I'm not 100 % confident we'll beat Malta away tonight, says it all about the state of our current national side.

I've also noticed their not playing their strongest side. Lindegaard and Schwarzer are both regular in goal for Manchester United and Chelsea.

The names in the San Marino line-up sounds like PES names from back in the day when they didn't have licences.

Luca Tosi = Luca Toni
Christian Brolli = Christian Brocchi

Really enjoying my career save as Spurs/Norway so far.

Really nice comeback win last night as I beat ze Germans 2-1 at home in the Euro qualifiers. Handed a well hard group as well: Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Czech rep and Slovenia.

Anyone know how to upload goals on ps4? /n00b

It would be interesting to see a study on the subject, though I don't believe there is a form of connection between the two.

For instance, former Norway coach Egil Olsen got his nickname "Drillo" because he loved to dribble and was quite ego on the ball in his playing days. As a coach however he would become known for playing a defensive minded football with long balls, coming up with sayings such as "best uten ball"(best without the ball) and where dribbling would be seen upon as a death sin nearly. On the other hand you had Nils Arne Eggen, a defender, conquering Europe with Rosenborg in the 90's playing attractive, attacking 4-3-3 football. Eggen would even have a right hand man to take control of the defensive aspect of his tactics - despite being a defender himself.

Managers such as Rinus Michels, Johan Cruijff, Valeri Lobanovskiy and Ottmar Hittzfeld were all forwards during their playing careers too.

Great run and set up from Gervinho.
