Could have gone the other way, morale in this team is low as is the confidence. I think my job is to install the confidence back. Kulk is a real gem for this team

In other news, got Bignall to reduce his wages by £200 so that will help ease the financial pressure. Targetting Andy Rose at DM to reduce his wages from £1.7k to something a lot less.

Feed the Kluk and he will score. It was really a bore draw. Still 3 points away from a play off place. Looked at the finances, really need to get promotion to earn some cash.

At last Fola, could be giving you the nickname of the King of Relegation had you taken Gateshead down.

Expect a big season next season.

Having qualified for the Europa League ... not groups sadly, through winning the Welsh Cup it allowed my newly assembled squad to begin its adventure in Europe.

The story so far. Almost lost it against a rather poor Celje of Slovenia. Danny Williams (ex-Wrexham and Liverpool), managed to get himself red carded and we had to defend for pretty much the entire game. But we just about held out for the win. We created the biggest shock of the round by beating Litex on Away Goals which meant we had to face Bordeaux in the play offs. The journey will end here for now in Europe. But it's been an enjoyable one.

*Please Note - I have edited the DB to correct issues at Barry Town. The career will pick up from my 2nd season.*

Barry Town are probably one of the best known teams for dominating the Welsh Premier League since it's creation. During the 1990s and early 2000s they well and truly bossed the league, but due to off the field issues, with then chairman John Fashanu, the club managed to finished bottom in 2003–04 and were relegated from the Welsh Premier League. Financial issues dogged Barry and had Stuart Lovering not paid a bill of close to £125,000 Barry Town FC would have been extinct. In recent times there had been a struggle between the chairman Stuart Lovering and the fans. The fans took over the funding of the club in October 2012 despite the constant threat of withdrawl from the Welsh League by chairman Stuart Lovering. Barry still play at Jenner Park in Barry, where their ground accommodates 3,000 spectators (2,000 seated) and has witnessed some famous European nights also, one being the defeat of Porto who in their ranks had a young Deco (absent from the tie at Jenner Park) and Ricardo Carvalho.

Trophies:

In my first season I managed to win the league (MacWhriter Division One) and win the Welsh Cup (3-1 against TNS)

Transfers:
*Note - Been taken over by a businessman at the end of the 1st season, who has pumped some serious cash into the club. Turning us into a professional also whilst improving both the Training and Youth Facilities.

A poor loss. Slipped up slightly in the league because of it. But still one game in hand.

So it's not all that bad.

Right I'll pass the game onto Spanky to work his magic again.

A solid win in our FA Cup First Round Tie. Should have scored more, but happy with the 2-0 victory. We have drawn Crawley away in the next round.

Good signing in Bignall. I tried to sign him but he was having none of it.

I took him on trial, then got the Chairman to sign him

A game again we should have won. Basey yet again missed a penalty, in the last 5 mins. Might have to look into a new penalty taker.

So a defeat. One that we should have at least got a draw. Basey missed a penalty. Although a debut goal for Kai Naismith off the bench is hopefully sign of things to come from him.

A game where we could have done more. Wright had some chances earlier in the half before scoring, before going off injured.

Some bad news then ...

I have to admit, I shouldn't be allowed to sign players ... mine have been dire / not featured.

I got rid of Ridoran after Fleetwood, Wright and Bignall started scoring again. If Spanky could rid us of Pejic that would ease the pressure on the wage budget.

I'd look at Draper from TNS (in Wales), guy should score goals at this level and is relatively cheap to get, likewise Sean Thornton at Aberystwyth.

Ended the regular season with another goal fest of a game. Fleetwood and Wright have been immense as has Bignall.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/m0cevhjk1kdkPd8VIEKjb6AaujJaHJefc8cxET9y.png

So we ended up 4th. With a lot of momentum behind us after finishing the end of the season strongly.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/AWEnfNecDUjthLQkXCmbJtWfEls6cEwCapajjA7f.png

So the draw has been made. Luton. We haven't beaten them in the last 3 games we have played. But seeing as we ended the season strongly and Luton's form dipped towards the end of the season, there is a good chance we can steal a victory in the semi finals.

This ends my stint. I'll be passing it on ASAP.
