A poor game against Orient who passed us in the league with this result.
A good way to celebrate! Loveridge scoring two in the opening of the second half. We couldn't celebrate long Before the scored after a freekick. The Kluk closed the game with a well placed shot in the 85:th minute.

An even game where our finishing was better than Barnet's. Klukowski scored a tremendous freekick and Loveridge tapped one in after a counter attack.
A tough result to take as I thought we made a good match, but Scunthorpe scored on every occation they got.
I have one more match to play, against bottom placed team Morecambe.

It's always nice to be acknowledged, but, no thanks.
Bignall opened the scoring after two minutes, but only 5 minutes after that Morecambe equalized. Then not much happened until the end of the match. Loveridge is in a good scoring form. Besides the disappointment of losing important points, John Pantsil sustained a sprained ankle and will be out for about two months.
I played 9 matches - 3 wins, 3 draws and 3 losses.
I will send the file to Fola now. 3 months left on some contracts, and I think only Gróf should have a new one, but I'll leave it up to you. Good luck in the promotion race!

Keep it up lads.

KIU guys, close to promotion.

Feed the Kluk and he will score. It was really a bore draw. Still 3 points away from a play off place. Looked at the finances, really need to get promotion to earn some cash.
Cymro
Felt this guy could have been a game changer in our season.

Could have gone the other way, morale in this team is low as is the confidence. I think my job is to install the confidence back. Kulk is a real gem for this team
In other news, got Bignall to reduce his wages by £200 so that will help ease the financial pressure. Targetting Andy Rose at DM to reduce his wages from £1.7k to something a lot less.

Kissock's wonder strike, gave us a crucial 3 points. The lads worked their socks off, the goal we conceded was bloody soft. But what is important is the 3 points take us into the play off places. It is now down to the lads with two games left.
All to play for.

Anger is not the word to use. Bottled it big time. We had all the chances.
Stats says it all.
All comes down to the final game of the season. Fate is in our hands, we play Hartlepool away. This is doable. Believe.
Cymro
The stats will tell you one thing, it was a game where we had plenty of chances. We created loads of chances and really bombarded Hartlepool goalkeeper.
But ... what was the score you ask?
For all of the attempts, nothing would go in. Frustration 101. Panic started to set in in the last 10 mins when I sent to troops to overload their defensive line. It almost cost us in the last couple of minuets, but it also almost paid off. We just couldn't find the net. When the final whistle went, players and fans were awaiting the news of the Green Army's fate.
This is how the results went on the day. Did it go our way? Did we get the play off spot? Or did we bottle it at the eleventh hour?
Unbelievable Jeff! Made the play offs, thanks to results elsewhere. Dream is well and truly alive.
So ... Oxford is the next challenge. We haven't beaten them, we lost to them recently 3-1. But that was in the past. Play off pressure for a side who is expected to beat us might be in for a little surprise.

Secured our future at the club.

So the first leg. A bore draw, with both sides having numerous chances to finish the game and claim an important goal for the second leg. I was pretty confident, a change of tactic had proven successful as I feared that Oxford with counter the normal tactics used.
A Kulk free kick booked us into Wembley. Kluk actually some 10 mins left was put through on a ball that he should have finished, it was close enough to being and open goal. However we managed to keep composed and saw the game out without much pressure from Oxford.
Leyton Orient next. Big game. Cometh the hour, cometh the man.

£400k injection, still £400k in the red. Promotion is really, really needed.
Cymro
Do the stats tell you everything? Can you guess what happened?
VICTORY!!! Johnny Gorman's first half goal was enough to secure a place in League 1 for Forest Green.
Gorman's goal.
There's the summary.
This and the gate receipt was enough to get us out of the red and into the black ... all £68k of it.
I hand over to Fola.

We now have 2 proven goalscorers in Holman and Malbon- scoring shouldn't be a problem for us next season. I've done a month and a half but quite busy at the moment so I'll send it on, not sure whose go it is so I'll put it on here.
