I have the Live Update and the Real Name Fix working alongside each other and never had an issue with the correct names displaying. My feeling is that you haven't cleared out the 1630 folder correctly like it shows on the instructions.

Ensure you have done the following:

Deleted all older files of the Live Update.
Using DB 16.3
Have no other transfer update files, this may cause conflict.
Moved all the files from the zip and inside the file into the editor data folder.

I think you guys should find a way to fix that. It'a not optimally (I think) that you can't play with the latest update and also have a competition called Champions League

I use the license fix supplied by @mons and the live update and don't have an issue.

I would suggest you delete all older files from the live update, this is quite a common problem with a lot of people as they think over-writing things is what is needed to be done. In fact I would delete ALL the files in the editor data file, re-download the live update and licence fix and re-apply it.

I have a feeling also that you have not placed all the files from within the .zip file and the folder that appears inside the .zip individually inside the editor data folder.

Thanks for the reply mate, but i must be doing something wrong.
I just have this db, and also the fix for real names from susie. Can this last one cause a conflicy?

I'm running only portuguese league with a large database. Some players transfered this year are already there (carrillo, cellis, Cervi, and even Rafa Silva, who actually hasn't signed yet in real life).
But JOvic doesn't swow up, Grimaldo is still at Barça and Danilo is going to Valencia.

Are you using 16.3 the Winter Update? Have you moved all the files, including the ones inside the folder into the editor data folder? Have you ensured when starting a new game, that all the files are selected?
