Make sure you have deleted ALL the older files before using the new ones.

Not running other files, this may cause conflict.
Delete ALL older files

Not in the game due to him being under the age of 16. Can't have him in by law.

Have you deleted all older files?
Have you activated the General Player Fix file?
Have you put the files into the correct folder? Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2017/editor data
If you have done so ... should appear like this in game:

To be fair to Simon the Data Mod, the article is one not from the most reliable of sources and secondly this article is from pre-deal. It is very hard to make a call on the wage % without seeing the real official document.
Also on the game data, West Brom highest wage is £60K ... Krychowiak is on £79k ...
Also seen elsewhere and Krychowiak is on 50% ... but that is from sources again not really reliable.

Been assured by @Rob that this function now works. He tested Mbappe and it has worked. So I have taken the changes out of the General Fixes file. This is a loan with a future transfer enabled.

Have you moved all the files into the Editor Data file from the zip file?

You need to select the file when you start a new game up, select advanced options. Then click on the file to make sure there is a tick by its name before starting a new game.

Are you running the game with STEAM, are you using other transfer files, delete older files?
Quite simply ... we are also getting many people not installing the update correctly ... then complaining ... actually finding they haven't got it right ... then say nothing. Cut us some slack like.
The suggestion of having two updates is quite simply ... silly.
