Reinstall the game?

This looks like serious graphical error where kits are invisible, and you actually see skin color of players. Never saw such a thing. You sure you did not install other graphical stuff like custom skin?
The installation of kits is fairly simple, you unpack the zipped file so that you get this folder structure:
...documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\graphics\3d kits\England levels 1-6 19-20

When you start your game you go to preferences and reload skin just in case. It's very important to remove perhaps last season packs from same folder that might clash. That's all.

Post the image here, many people will figure out the problem easily than me alone

Did you change its color with in-game editor?
Did you add another folder with kits where maybe that club is also listed in config, perhaps by mistake?

@bolid74 please do you mind making an alternative black socks?
