Yeah it doesn't even compare to the other two.

Watched Spring Breakers, really disappointing. I just thought the story and some of the characters were completely unconvincing.

It was my first IMAX film actually, I need to see it in "normal" 3D too now and maybe even 2D just to see what it's like.

I just didn't get what I was supposed to love about it, I didn't find it funny or particularly interesting. The characters were pretty good I suppose.

Galaxy Quest and 50/50 which I both liked, The Breakfast Club which I guess you had to watch at the time because it didn't impress me.

Memories of Murder
The Chaser
I Saw The Devil
Sympathy For Lady Vengeance
The Man From Nowhere

I've been going hard on Korean cinema recently.

Which did you like the most? Had my eye on one or two of those.

Watched a few films over the weekend, 2001: A Space Odyssey, High Fidelity, American Beauty, A Bronx Tale and Mud.

Watched the Thor double bill and The Shining before that.

Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting we're interested in Pjanic, would love that. His contract runs out in 2015 and he wouldn't be cup tied for CL if we got him in January.

I don't think the coverage is bad at all, yeah it's not Sky but it's miles better than any other coverage we've had. I really like having opinions from a former ref too.

Original, I plan on watching the Redux though and the Hearts of Darkness documentary.

Yeah same, I was messing around with the settings like above and it feels better at the moment. It's frustrating that I'm not as good on 14 as 13.

Had one game with the new settings before though and destroyed someone.

Yeah Prisoners was great.

I put off watching Apocalypse Now for AGES because I had the ending spoiled for me, but I watched it yesterday. Amazing film, absolutely loved it. Every single scene was so well constructed and poignant. There were scenes I was watching which when they ended I just wanted to see again. Robert Duvall's character is brilliant.

Finally watched Oldboy this morning too, really fucking good.

Does anyone else use Letterboxd.com btw? I've got Abbott on there. It's a website for keeping a diary of films you've seen and you can rate films and see what other people have given it etc. Pretty cool.

Also just passing it to another player, trying to keep the momentum, only for that player to remain fucking stone in place, standing COMPLETELY still, no matter how hard I yank the little fucking stick to the side.

lolllll

Sounded like they were still being drowned out by the Spaniards for large portions. So the away fans are up in the top tier of the North Stand?

They weren't, the Sociedad fans didn't do much apart from the occasional "REEEEEAL, REEEEEEEAL," when they got a free kick and that weird whistling noise Spaniards make when things aren't going their way. There were a lot of them though so whenever they did make noise it was loud.

And yeah, they're up at the top there.

Certainly sounded a lot better a TV with the added singing section. Didn't like the fact that half the ground was empty in the 91st min when yous were only 1-0 in the Champions League

Yeah there was a couple who got there about 15 minutes in and then left with 10 minutes to go sat next to us. Seriously.

It sounded better than nothing but it was weird.

Like an away section if that makes sense? It was obviously one pocket of noise from one part of the stadium.

Yeah well it was a designated section where the away fans used to be but no one else around them was making much noise. What tended to happen was they would start a chant and then the Stretford End would join in or vice-versa. I usually sit right next to the Stretford End (directly opposite the "singing section" ) so it sounded great where I was. Felt like more than one group was singing for once rather than just the people to my right. There seemed to be more fans chanting around the area where I was than normally, singing is infectious.

I definitely think they should give it a run, my mate was telling me if he had opted to move they would've given him the difference in price back too as it's cheaper than where he sits (he's got a season ticket), but it was just for that one game last night.

Was at the game tonight and the introduction of the "singing section," as embarrassing as it sounds, was actually a great improvement on atmosphere. Usually the only section of the ground singing is Stretford End and the singing section has been put at the other end where the away fans used to be so there's two sides of the ground making noise. Dunno if it came across on tv or not but it was much better.

Anyway, 23 for Brazil?

GK - Hart, Forster, Ruddy

DF - Walker, Johnson, Cahill, Jagielka, Smalling, Jones, Baines, Cole

MF - Carrick, Gerrard, Wilshere, Lampard, Townsend, Walcott, Rooney, Barkley/Morrison/Ox, Welbeck, Milner

FW - Sturridge, Carroll/Lambert

Obviously all depending on club form and if they are fit. I'd love to take a wild card Barkley or Morrison, and I'd take whoever has the best season between them two and Oxlade-Chamberlain. Same with Carroll/Lambert, although if they were similar I'd go with Carroll I think he's got more chance of changing a game from the bench.

Probably missed someone.

Also, the midfield pairing of Gerrard and Carrick is a bit defensive - I'd like to see Wilshere alongside Gerrard if he goes on to have a good season. That said, if we're playing a better side than us Carrick is a more solid option. I don't want to see Lampard starting either way.

I completely agree with you about Baines though, he's just too good to leave out.

Wilshere/Gerrard wouldn't work at all. They both like to get forward and we are already playing with 4 very attacking players. Carrick offers a deeper role which gives us a platform to build on.

I'd like to see Carrick/Wilshere, we'd actually be able to keep the ball but Gerrard isn't gonna be dropped. He's doing alright at the moment though tbh.

Just read through, you sad cunt. Did you really do that? Even more embarrassing that you're bragging about it.

Doesn't surprise me though, I swear it was you who was bragging about downloading a 99 rated pro on Fifa a year or two ago.

You're the first to piss and moan about games being buggy when they come out but you exploit any bug you can to cheat if it benefits you
