Here he is, playing as myself, a 20 year old from South England, with no previous experience or coaching licences, Shakhtar had taken a huge gamble. The English manager is left with a monumental task, all of his own making. My favoured formation is a 4-2-3-1, however, I plan on using a 4-1-2-2-1 aswell. Attacking football is my preference, so we will look to dominate the games that we should win, scoring plenty in the process. Hoping for a long and highly successful career at Shakhtar, Wilcox will look to make an immediate impact, and prove all the doubters wrong! Who needs experience? Everyone starts somewhere, right? However, not usually on this level. My first job in management,will it be a success, or a complete disaster? Watch this space to find out!

Before I get started, I'm just going to mention I'm having lots of issues with crash dumps at the moment, however I'm currently trying to get the problem sorted.Hopefully I can manage to play through the problems though!
Without anymore hesitation, let's get into it! Here I'll be managing Shakhtar Donetsk from the Ukrainian Premier League. The aim of the save is simple, turn them into a world beating side ... How hard can it be? I've attempted this once, and it's fair to say I achieved far more than I thought I would, especially in a career lasting just 5 years
So, lets get onto Shakhtar. They play in the Ukrainian Premier League, predicted to win the league, a professional club with continental reputation, also known as The Miners. The club is currently valued at £240 million, which I'll hopefully be able to increase over the years! The stadium holds just over 33,000 people, however, other facilities are what really attracted me to this club back in 2012. With state of the art training facilities, and top youth facilities, we have what we need to be producing some top talent! We start in the Champions League, however, we don't stand much of a chance against the elite teams of European football as of yet, all to change in the future years ... I hope!
And finally, here's the set up. Only the Ukrainian Premier League and First Division are set as playable leagues, as I plan to spend my whole time here in Ukraine, or atleast, for the foreseeable future anyway! I have loaded the top divisions from England, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Argentina and Brazil, so I can keep an eye out for any youngsters slipping into the game that I can snap up early!
