I wouldn't classify this as retro and you should've been able to get this kit and all 2016/17 kits from the appropriate Forum.
But anyway attached is all the kits from Euro 2016.

Ah yes, the Turchini, i've seen many displays of their Corsican nationalism 🤜💥
SC Bastia got to the 1978 UEFA Cup Final (although beaten by PSV) so I'm pretty sure i'll have already made this shirt. If I haven't i'll add it to the 1977/78 database I helped out with and I'll post everything I've got in the next 24 hours.

Here's a quick example… a bit crude, but it should do the job.

Masks in Photoshop. It's not easy, but it's achievable with this pattern.
Another way would be to recreate it, it should be relatively simple if you know Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Obviously you can source the Charlton Athletic logo, the CHARLTON text font looks Gill Sans or Futura (more likely) and you can either hand draw or source the little Quaser icon.

Those 3 x 1998 kits aren't templates and they're only 220x220 so trying to change anything on them (ie sponsor or club badge) wouldn't be ideal.
I'll try and recreate them as soon as I can, but like i've said i'm VERY busy right now and I have got a back log of kit requests.
Top kit knowledge btw… i've often wondered the origins of the OS kit, didn't realise it was Olympic Sport.
I made these OS kits last year for a 1999-00 save.
