Hi all, Is it just me or is anyone else having problems getting the logos to work on FM Touch 18?

I've got the faces and kits working fine but have had no joy with the logos, trophies or stadium pics.

Any help most appreciated!

Hi Guys

If you are playing FMT the work around works for saved games as well. I replaced the # with a space on all three inc files (1700, 1701 and 1710) and all names are correct now apart from the Brazil ones.

As indicated in the installation instruction, some of these changes, ESPECIALLY THE CLUB NAMES, may not apply in FMT or in existing save-games. There's a workaround for that in the first post.



I believe any editor data files will disable leader-boards, but I stand to be corrected. Not much else that can be done from my end, I'm afraid.

The game must be installed somewhere, so they're definitely somewhere on your system. Do a search on your hard-disk for files with extensions of .dbc or .lnc


I have tried the workaround in FMT and it doesn't change any of the club names. Also in notepad I had to replace #"CLUB not #CLUB although it didn't make any difference. Do you think there will be a solution for people playing FMT or will we be stuck with the fake names? Thanks for your help

Hi

I installed the game and installed all the files as instructed above before starting a new game but german club names and spanish club names are incorrect. I am playing FMT so i dont know if that makes a difference.

Well there is no small config file in your install - thats why default logos are visible. Navigate to your FM17 folder 

C:\Users\your name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\graphics\pictures\logos\metallic logos\clubs\small
and search for 'config' - if there is none then you need to download the pack afresh, or get the latest update which contains the most up to date config files.

Thanks for the reply. Im not sure what you mean by config. I have unticked the "use caching to decrease page lolading times" but that doesnt make any difference. To clarify it is showing the large logos and the medium ones but not the smallest ones as you can see in the screenshot

Hi Folks, I installed the logo pack but the smallest logos (i.e on the league tables are still showing the default logos). Any help would be most appreciated!
