The photo looks objectively bad; you yourself acknowledged that the source was objectively bad. I've looked it up, and it's clearly bad. Please don't cut bad photos.

If the source it's like that, don't submit a 250 cut but a 180. It's not ideal either, but at least the imperfections won't be as noticeable. 🙂

@carlos6 Are you trying to force a small photo to fit 250x250, or is the photo just really bad quality? It looks terrible and/or heavily retouched, making it look unrealistic.

You'll understand that we're not going to explain the same thing for every cut we reject. You should already know the reasons why cuts that don't meet the guidelines are being rejected. 😕 In this cut: Too much snow, too much gap above his head, and he's not even facing the camera.
The question is what's right with this cut out. It's a waste of time to make a copy and paste for each rejected cut, especially if the errors are always the same. 😕

It seems that LinkedIn (which usually has good staff photos) has changed something, and some profile pictures are no longer displayed at 800x800 but at 400x400, which in most cases is useless.
What's the workaround here? Well, you can use this web (credits to @krissmed ) or use an addon for Firefox (the own from that web) or Imagus There's probably more extensions like that but I don't think they're very different from those two. I don't use Chrome, but I'm sure there are Chrome extensions that do the same thing.
Obviously there's also the classic inspect web or whatever is called depending on the browser, but it's obviously way more tedious

@Mateee The gap above his head should be only a couple of pixels, not that big. Also quality is so bad for a 250 cut, maybe can work as a 180 one.

I thought he was a signing for the next season, but no, he's for this one. Yes, I know there's only one game left. It sounds absurd, but that's how it is.
I suppose he won't leave after the game, but they haven't confirmed how long the contract lasts.
