Ok that's strange. I will re-download them all. Would that actually make a difference as his cut out picture is actually in the correct folder already?

Think I'm all up to date. The actual picture of him is in the folder just doesn't seem to work. I'm pretty sure I'd had worked and I'm not sure since what update has stopped it.

I have over come the problem, by instead of saving the file I've clicked open with and extracted it that way. Seems to have done the trick.

this keeps coming up everytime I extract the zip file.
it does carry on and extract but it only seems to have 130,000 odd files not 150,000?
can anyone help?
