It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

This was pointed out some weeks ago and is no longer visible if you use the latest version of the megapack. Due to the way the megapack is mapped with the FM database, until a new cut is made, he will still appear in the FM database search tool on this site, but he should not appear within FM

If you're having trouble with finding the download link for the torrent, scroll to the bottom of this page until you come to the torrent tabs and download the 10.0 version. To be fully up-to-date, you would still have to download any subsequent update packs separately.

Think I'm all up to date. The actual picture of him is in the folder just doesn't seem to work. I'm pretty sure I'd had worked and I'm not sure since what update has stopped it.

I have a little problem, Certain characters have no their image in the game, like Dembéle, Diogo Dalot or Achraf, Nevertheless there is well their portrait in the file, You know where from can come this problem?

How many images in total do you have in your megapack folder? How big is your config.xml file and what is its date last modified?
And when you say no image in game, do you mean there is a blank space where their face should be, or is there the default black image instead?

I've got a small problem with the megapack. I've downloaded it, part by part. But it doesn't show the faces in the game. I checked everything and did all the required steps. Now I discovered that the config.xml file is missing in every map. Is this normal ? Do I have to download it separately ? In the folders with changes, the config file is included, but not in the megapack parts.

If you use the config.xml file of the last update pack, you should be fine. Otherwise, just wait a little while for 10.09 to be released and use the config file in that one

You should have one folder with all the images in it. You should not have update pack images in separate folders; all cuts should be in one folder and one folder only.

The 10.0 is the base megapack. After that, you need to download all the update packs released since then, and apply them in chronological order, i.e. first 10.01, then 10.02 etc. etc.
