There's no config.xml in faces folder of 12.13 update and it seems that the config.xml in iconfaces folder wasn't updated correctly.

Yes, Beta version had this player with ID 91194485 and ID 66045517, but little bit different names of Park Gyu-Hyun and Park Kyu-hyun = https://community.sigames.com/topic/495372-germany-data-issues/?do=findComment&comment=12080569
Player with ID 91194485 has been deleted for release version so this cut out should be amended to ID 66045517.

You need to also edit the Juventus U23 entry, not just the senior team

I opened edior and loaded your Juventus fix file, selected "Juventus F.C." and changed name in details to "Juventus Turin" afterwards scrolled down on the left, selected 2nd team and changed name of "Juventus F.C. U23" to "Juventus Turin U23" - saved the file and started a new game with it.
New game shows "Juventus Turin" for first team but still shows "Juventus F.C. U23" - is there anything else to amend anywhere instead of club details?

I would like to see "Juventus Turin" and "Juventus Turin U23" instead of "Juventus F.C." and "Juventus F.C. U23" in game and amended your file, but when I start a new game it shows "Juventus Turin" as I want but still shows "Juventus F.C. hmm well yes and no..... he does not really log on to take part in the forums, but he does make updates and upload them to the server.

that's correct but he's contracted to Schalke until 30-06-16 - Olympicaos was only a loan from Jan '15 to June '15:
