It'll be in the pack, but that kit is irrelevant, there is no way the game will ever show white third kit instead of white home kit.

On FM26, is it as simple as adding the png files to a Kits folder in the SI folder in My Documents? For previous games you placed the fmf file in editor data, but that's not how you do it anymore for the newest game?

It's the same in FM26, but obviously FM24 fmf file won't work with FM26.

We need editor that comes out on 4th november to make new fmf file.

I believe you will be able to upload 3D kits in the right size, it is just the text that is wrong. We will fix that ASAP

@bolid74 and @wfm18 (or anyone else that are very active in 3d kits part of the site)

We are trying to organize the 3d kits in the most appropriate way possible.

Right now we have two sections of 3d kits on the site:
https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/style/8/3d-kits and https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/style/40/unity-3d-kits

But I believe that the template has changed more than this one time and therefore assuming that 3d kits could (or should) be split up in more categories if we are going to have multiple sections anyway (not all 3d kits templates are the same from 05 until 24 i believe).

Do any of you know how many times (and when) the templates for 3d kits have changed over the years.

Do you have any thoughts on how this should be organized? should all the 3d stuff be in one place or split up as now?

I started playing in 2015 so I don't know what was before.

Until and including FM17 there was one template.

In FM18 and 19 new one.

In FM20 to FM24 next one.

IN FM26 new one.

In my opinion, FM17 is to old to keep track, FM18 & 19 is short lived and insignificant - rarely people claim FM18 & 19 are best FM ever and still play it.

So two categories are worth having, this new one FM26 and previous FM20-24

3D Kits Template Thread for FM26 only

I'm starting new topic dedicated to sharing templates for 3D kit making for FM26 and possibly beyond.

There's other thread for technicalities around kit making and installing in game, so for technical questions go here.

For FM26 templates download and sharing, this is the place.

Let me start with my new pack of templates, same in principle as I was making for FM24 and older. 19 kits for now made by Puma and Nike, I won't list them here. More are coming soon from Adidas, Joma and Macron.

quick question about the man city kits tho, the only city kit i cant see in the game is the home kit and its always in the premier league any ideas mate?

Yes, most likely you didn't use fmf file from the pack. Man City has different shirts assigned to various competitions in editor's kit & color section. Only one shirt has to be there in order to see custom kits all the time and it must not be assigned to any particular competition. You can fix that yourself with in-game editor if you already started new career.

Another possibility is that fmf file is used but custom database with color corrections is also used which results with double data and again more than one shirt in kits & color section. This again can be fixed with in-game editor, only one shirt can exists. One shirt to rule them all.

A minor update to this pack to add remaining third kits for Coventry, Swansea and Watford. Also added Chelsea kits with world champions badge in alternative folder.

Now first two levels are complete.

I expect these kits to be usable in FM26 so I continue to work on these. Next coming up is League One in 7-10 days

New and last update to this pack; all third kits are now included. Some details are added to simple kits so they don't appear blank and unfinished (Championship only, Premier league are all proper kits).

Added Chelsea kits with world champions badge in alternative folder.

I don't expect these kits will be usable in FM26 so I plan no further updates to this pack.

Whoever can't see Man City kits most likely just ignored my readme file and fmf color fixing file (all included in the pack)

I will try to make at least some of simplified kits, but I surely won't finish them all before FM 26 is out. Beta wil be out around 20th october so there are only 3 weeks avaliable for kit making.

A small update with new third kits for these Championship teams: Hull, Ipswich, Middlesbrough, Millwall, Oxford Utd, Sheffield Utd, Wrexham.

This pack will not be updated with new leagues because FM26 will almost certainly use different texture layout, so when FM26 is out, I'll switch to FM26 kit making.

I'll try to make another small update to this pack soon to add missing third kits (7 missing atm)
