Hi @bolid74, do you also take requests for templates? Maybe you could look into this Hummel variant. I've seen it at multiple clubs already.
Again, massive thanks for the templates. I know how much work go into creating these and I can only appreciate your work. One thing I noticed is that there is no default/blank template anymore? I'd love to see a standard template with all collar types but no logo's, which I can use for brands that are not covered (yet).

Blank template is linked in first post. Old link is gone, I updated it using model viewer and renamed it to blank_21

As for Hummel kit, it's on the list now, but I don't know when will I make it.

- new kits: Wigan 3rd, Doncaster 3rd, Braintree away, Chorley alternate home kit (named as chorley_4, to see it in game rename it to chorley_1)
- updated sleeve sponsors for Aston Villa, Fulham, Liverpool and Tottenham
- editor file: added new 3rd kits for Wigan and Doncaster, changed Braintree away to white (was skyblue before)

People with careers in progress that don't want to start new game will have to manually add 3rd shirts with in-game editor for Doncaster and Wigan to see them.

Also @bolid74 I have not forgotten your request for the thermal sleeves UV map, I plan to release all the 3d models that I got from the game (still didn't have time to get this one though)
I may also write a tutorial to explain how to get these files from the game, if that's something some of you find useful ? (it's a bit tricky I warn you :p)

Well, a tutorial would certainly be useful for future seasons, in case you give up on FM. SI will change model every 2-3 years and I strongly suspect next season we might get updated model. So the knowledge on how to extract and use models will be very useful. Surely someone will be able to do it, if not me

Unlocked 3D templates pack is updated with 32 Jako and Macron kits. Again, no new kits, just heavily updated (and some remade) old kits. Blues are new, reds are old (by old I mean never checked in 3d model viewer).
Some brand new 21/22 kits will be in next update, and new updates will soon start for Non-editable templates as well.

Hi @bolid74, many thanks on offering to distribute all this files to everybody. I have recently started editing PSD files and I have to say, it was way more easier than I thought it would be.
I would like to make a very kind request.
if it was possible from your side, to always export the template as an image for every .psd kit before releasing it, since it would vastly reduce the time it takes us to go through your files. I mean ok, for EPL we all know the kits by memory, but for lower leagues or even uknown leagues, its is very slow procedure to open the .PSD files one-by-one, where as if your uploaded the files like this, it would be exremely time-efficient for all of us who can use your files.
Again, MANY THANKS for distributing your files!!!

I understand the problem, and I'm taking time to reply, but this suggestion will not pass, sorry. Most of paint programs have built-in browsers that shows psd files and they can easily be viewed from program (not windows explorer). Adding png files would just add confusion for us who are browsing from programs and would double the files in pack and increase pack size.
People who really need png files for previewing purposes can make them themselves by using batch convert, that should also be available in most of paint programs.

Yes, my fmf file here is not active. The most elegant fix (if you can't get it to work) is to remove extra shirts and leave only one that is not assigned to any competition, either with in-game editor or normal editor before new career

When you're done, don't forget to click on "enable licensed kits" or whatever is called

Yeah, well, that's why I messed with editor so you guys don't have to. The main issue here is for you to figure out why the editor changes from my fmf file didn't work for you. Did you select it in database selection menu before starting new career?

Unfortunately I don't have the in-game editor, and won't be getting it until next month do to financial issues.
Guess I'll just have to live with it. I mean, it is only Liverpool and Arsenal and it's only in the league... I can live with that until I can send you a screenshot.

This video is from an older FM but the cause of a problem and fix is always the same, perhaps you can make changes yourself with normal editor, see 0:47

Yeah, still doesn't work.
The fmf file is in the editor data folder, it is selected in the database section when starting a new game, and still this is what is shown

And it's still only the league games, Cup and European games work fine.

I tested myself and although official skin doesn't show any 2D kits before and after match, 3D kits were working fine in locker room and 3D match.
So it must be something on your side. I'd like you to open kits & color section with in-game editor and show me a screenshot of that. There shouldn't be shirts assigned to Premier league. If there are, you somehow didn't start new game with fmf file active, but you can still fix the issue by deleting shirts that are assigned to Premier league and leaving one shirt that is not assigned

That didn't help at all... He just unpacked the files.
If he did something else, it was too fast and too small to notice

The fmf file was unpacked in particular folder "editor data", the path is clearly seen at 0:15
When starting new game, fmf file is visible in database selection on top right and should be selected - at 0:40

That is all that needs to be done to solve your problem

It's only league matches where they don't show up. They show up fine in Cup and European matches.

You have to use editor (fmf) file that's in the pack, as described with video few posts before:

The editor file in this pack is now updated with slightly tweaked colors for Bournemouth away kit. Now the game shouldn't automatically switch colors to even more unreadable combination.
If you have career in progress and don't want to start over, you can check this file in pre-game editor, write down exact rgb values for Bournemouth away kit and make changes yourself with in-game editor.

These changes will not affect kits for 3D match, only UI colors

Hello,

if I am understanding it correctly, 3D kits in English Leagues won't work in save started without the .fmf file in editor data folder. Correct?

In leagues from 1-6th level, only few of them won't work
In leagues from 7-8th level, 3-4 on average per league won't work, plus many instances of wrong UI colors

This all is valid for both 2D and 3D kits

@mons Thank you, just checked, they are there. Not exact matches as the latest Libertines designs are absolutely mental, can't envisage it'll be viable to replicate them. But The libertines sponsor is there nonetheless.

I've added the 3d kit too nice tip cheers. I'll have a butchers at the league db now.

The pattern for new Margate kits is done and ready, the problem is that Margate continues to play in old Jako kits.
When you see new kits in action, drop me a link to pictures of a full kit, I'll add them to this pack as soon as possible

There are 2 main types, unlocked and premade.

Unlocked you can edit all layers and details and change colors anyway you like. Premade kit contains finished kits in all available catalogue colors, you just chose your color and place your logos - editing details on it is not possible.

2D unlocked are available here (hard to use):

This pack is now updated with Northern Counties east premier league (level 9), made by bantam95. If you downloaded this particular league recently as a standalone download, you can remove it now because this is the same thing, just included in this bigger pack.

The previously included level 10 league is connected to this one by promotion/relegation.

Editor file covers all included leagues, and Bantam95's fmf file from his standalone level 9 league has been merged to this one, you don't need both.

The unlocked templates (link in first post) are now being updated. With the help of new model viewer I was able to align much better various design details. In addition, I reorganized files so now each kit has it's own file, named accordingly. It was quite a challenge to locate one particular kit between 30 or so kits named only by number. Each kit has a full set of matching shorts and socks.
At this moment in the pack there old and new files, and you'll recognize new files by blue background color.

Updated manufacturers: Nike, Adidas, Kappa (37 kits in total)

The work you have done is insane, so many kits and divisions, thanks so much!

If you ever decide to update the pack, I have some pointers on kits that I think can be improved with the 3D viewer in terms of logo placement mostly.
I hope you appreciate the feedback 🙂 If you need help let me know.

Let's not forget here that kits in 3D match are seen only from far away. Practically none of the imperfections you noted are visible while you normally watch 3D match. So fixes of such imperfections would equally be not obvious. They're only visible now when we got this brilliant model viewer and so we can all check kits in much greater details. I don't want to spend time fixing micro flaws on kits that I already made when model viewer wasn't available. There are 475 kits in this pack alone. But I'm using the model viewer now and I'm remaking my templates and my future kits will be better

A minor update to this pack to fix missing Jersey Bull away kit. Also added Windsor home and away

Hi @bolid74, I updated Tottenham home, I think the arms should look something like this (compare the kits in the 3D viewer), maybe you can update yours to keep the patterns within the blue parts of the arms (I was not able to do that)?

Yes, I plan to update some Premier league kits. With 3d model viewer, some errors are more obvious

There should also be another model of a player with short sleeves in combination with termal underwear sleeves. No need for it to be included in viewer, however it would be nice to have UV map. The lower hands area is mapped on the left of the socks

@bolid74 I want to ask you, how do you make unique and difficult pattern like those found in J-League team jersey? I want to create some 3d kits for japanese club but encountered a complicated pattern like for FC Ryukyu or V-Varen Nagasaki.

Do you use some sort of tool other than photoshop or paint shop pro to create the pattern?

First one is fairly simple, although it might take time to make. It's just drawing squares.
The red one is very complex so you have to find a good picture of a stretched shirt and copy / paste. In this way I made Swansea home and away kits this year. The geometric shapes you can draw easily, but the dragon part would be easiest to copy from a good picture.

Professionals use Illustrator to create such patterns, but it's a complex program and it will take time to learn
