Also, did you edit kit file, renamed it or did something else? Are you using custom skin?

Again, several team colors from my editor file are clashing with Dan's database (that you'll have to use to play this) so in-game editor is required to fix affected teams (only few though).
Leagues not finished:

This pack is now updated, probably the last time for this season. New in this version:
- new third kits for Middlesbrough, Newport and Stevenage. Editor file is updated as well, but if you play career in progress, you'll have to add third shirt with in-game editor to see these kits
- updated sponsors on several teams
- added some alternative versions, like 4th kit for some teams and Liverpool shirts with world cup badge

Errea Eyre is is quite possible, there's Ashford in level 8 that's using it and I plan to make it soon. But that Maxsport is out of the question for now. Those are 10 or so kits that I'd have to make from scratch in both 2D and 3D, and in the same time they're useless for my future kit making since they're not used by any team in leagues that I create. Time investment would be to big.

Level 8 was always the last frontier, I was never able to finish it completely. But I provide editor file with realistic colors so it's playable even if some kits are missing

I can't take credit for Northwich kit, I actually got the pattern from a fellow PES kit maker :-P
Bishop's third kit is an outdated Macron kit that I didn't make so far for FM20. Hitchin and Lowestoft also have 3rd kits that are not made so far. In general I leave problematic 3rd kits for last, but since we're approaching 20/21 kit making season, I doubt I'll make them, and level 8 as well will not be completed 100%. Unfortunately there's not enough time to do them all when SI changes templates every 2 years

- brand new kits for Haringey Borough (level 7)
- added kits for 6 teams in level 8, 5 of which made by Smithy, but almost as good as mine :-)
- new league, level 9 North West Counties - although several team colors are clashing with Dan's database (that you'll have to use to play this), it seems that 3D kits will display properly

Please note that if you use Dan's lower league database and my kits&colors editor file, there will be clashes in level 9 league, with several teams getting double entries in kits&colors section. You need to manually correct those with in-game editor, or edit Dan's database in advance and remove all kit items from affected teams. Only few teams are problematic so no big deal.
3D pack is also getting an update very soon and North West Counties will have full set of 3D kits. I have no plans to make more level 9 leagues, this was my starting point so I made it for myself.

It depends - there is one condition to see kit in game, and that's a shirt added in kits & color section in editor. Most notorious case is this season missing Man City 3rd shirt which you couldn't activate without adding shirt in editor.
In most cases (better leagues), shirt is usually there, and you can install custom kit later in game. However, third kits are most problematic, often missing, sometimes released by clubs much later in season, or in game when they shouldn't be. And in some obscure or lower leagues even away or home shirts are missing. In those cases you must add a shirt in kits&colors with editor. You also need editor to change colors and kit numbers on the back because original colors in many leagues are often random or wrong from previous seasons.
A bunch of editor related kit problems might surface in later seasons that you didn't notice at start and that are easily fixable with in-game editor so I strongly suggest getting in-game editor. In my video few posts back, you can see such case, at 2:38, no shirt is there, and you can't install custom kit without adding a shirt with editor.

You can do all changes seen in video with normal editor, but you'll have to start new career.
For careers in progress, in-game editor is required.

Ah, I see now. I never figured that's a problem, since I'm always browsing from my paint programs and they all show psd files.
I guess end users can save psd files as png so they can preview them in explorer.

There's no way to fix colors and missing 3rd kits in careers in progress without in-game editor.
I don't know how far did you come with your save, but if you can't have in-game editor, I strongly suggest to start over using included editor file. You copy it to your editor data folder and when starting a new game, select in database selection menu on top right corner.
Without it, database is littered with missing kits, wrong colors and strange back numbers on players. Game developer completely neglects entering good data for levels 7 and lower because those levels are not playable originaly

Back number is set up with editor. The drawn number on the kit file is purely cosmetic and informative to me, so when I sort colors in editor much later after I made kits, I know right away what color is back number.
You must use editor file that is provided with the pack. At such low level, half of kits won't be visible and a lot of back numbers will be wrong colors. Basingstoke won't show 3rd kit, for example.

There are 3 possible solutions.
1 - you start new career using SSKCC file:

2 - you start new career using editor file that is provided in the pack with kits
3 - if you don't want to start new career, your only option is in-game editor, and you use it to edit kits & colors as described here:

I'd like to take this opportunity, when a lot of you guys are requesting kits, to invite you to consider taking matter to your hands and stop depending on other people to make you kits.
I'm inviting you all to try my NE templates, which is a set of premade kits in all available catalogue colors, and this season there are both 2D and 3D kits in the pack. There are 80 common kits in the pack at the moment, but that number grows every week. These premade kits can be used in all paint programs, and only set of photoshop skill that you'll need is to copy and resize and place logos. That can be learned in one afternoon with some help from google or YouTube. At the end, you'll have the ability to change your kit every season or to make real kits which are in the pack.
