I am interested on Oxford City (home and away kits).

I cannot see the 3D kits during the 3D match. The front sponsor and badge on the kits are not displayed.
They are on the following path:
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2018\graphics\Kits\3D kits
I also have the folder with 2D kits in Kits folder.

Can someone tell me how i can attract players form Premier League (reserve teams) to come on loan to my team (AFC Telford United) in Vanarama Conference National (5th tier) ?
I am making offers to the teams from premier League for loans, they agree but the players won't come on loan to my team.
What i must do to get some young players on loan from those reserve teams?
