If anyone is not being able to still view the kits on friendly matches, hope this helps. You have to put exactly this path on the config file. Otherwise, it won't probably work. At least, for me, it didn't. Only after I put this exact path on the plugin:
C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 26\graphics\kits\3d\National Team

Ok so I have managed to figure out what was wrong. Turns out the path to the kits has to be exactly the same has you have by default: C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 26\graphics\kits\3d\National Team
Otherwise it won't load the kits, for some reason.
Also, I've added a 3rd kit to Portugal (because the nation has 3 slots). Dunno if this makes difference.

You have to download a pack mate 🙂 I actually don't know any megapack for national teams. I usually do it on FM Kit Creator.

Can it be the problem the fact that inside the portugal kits folder I have also the 2d kits? I can paste the xml code here, because it contains also the 2d kit. I don't know if it makes difference actually.
This is my config.xml :

I have Bepinex installed. I even use other mods like the Bassyboy stadiums and adboards pack for example.
I have also edited the nationalkitinject config file with the Portugal kits pack folder (I copy pasted the folder path).
How do I find the bepinex logout output?

Yes. I have the Portugal kits only. I have copied the folder path to the config file as in the instructions but for some reason is not working.

Any news in this topic? Of course I am having the same issue. My National kits only work during the 2026 WC.
I tried to delete the wc kits file from the game db folder, but it didn’t work.

Hey.
Is there a quicker way to have only a single background image without replacing all the background images inside the ui backgrounds common?
I wanted to have a single background image (no changes), but so far I couldn’t find quicker way other than replacing all the background images inside the bundle (press, changing room, board room, etc.) by the same image. I tried to mess with the data code, leaving only 1 item there, but no luck.
Does anyone an easier and quicker way to do this process?

Dunno if this is the right place to post, but I didn't want to open a new topic, since it might be related.
So, I am trying to modd the boots (replace the original textures by my own textures).
I was able to extract all the files inside the art-characters-shared-player_assets_all bundle (where the boots textures are).
The thing is that the boots are not a normal 2d texture, but a texture array. So, can anyone help me to import my textures back in the bundle?
I have read that this can be done through Unity or UABEA but I don't know how, since I have tried 1000 different ways.

You can change and make your own.
Those are for FM 2014, and they don't work because the .dds texture file is different.
