Man please help me, ask agent about availability doesnt work, when you ask the agent the panel disappears and everything lags for a while, there's something wrong please help.

Are the links not working? Im on premium and I constantly get an error from cloudflare storage that we cant reach it. any news PLEASE? I am trying for hours.
