In my multiplayer save, I have players who are at teams not in the database but are still improving and developing so my answer from mine and others experience is yes.

I may have a look at it on my next day off tbh, see what i can make better/tweak

Not for a while now, it's been the 32 team one for a while as the popularity for it has been really high.

Updated the 32 team file now while also adding a game file to download as well

FYI, my main focus now will be updating the 32 team league file with managers changes, that's the file that will be getting the updates.

I won't be doing any backwards compatible versions on this save from now on as I'm constantly updating/playing with the current version.

For the next update that i will bring out, it's focuses on managers in's and outs “at least for the main file” 

Why? I think a lot of people would also like to know why as well. Seems like to be a issue that SI have been aware of for a while. I have just loaded up both current versions and i didn't have this issue come up for me and no one in my discord either.

1 question, are you loading up other nations or just Luxembourg? If you do have other nations loaded, this database has not been designed with that in mind, just solely Luxembourg.

I don't know if this is a wind up or you haven't checked the database properly but every South African premier league team is in the regular Database, starting from Division 5 and below. It's a shame that not more African teams are higher up the divisions but that's how it goes.

 

Hey Jose, honestly to make it work on 23.0, would be best to make from scratch which tbh, I don't want to go through it all again for a older version of the game.

If you can try it on the latest version “23.4” that would be awesome! The next one i'm planning to do is for FM24, I already have a few ideas/changes in mind

Hey Dzidek, that's a fair comment. the issue is with doing that, if i did it by order of Finanace, Barcelona with -43 million in their bank account wouldn't even get into the save.

Most of the teams in the higher divisions have more history and success than half of the premier league clubs, admittedly some of the clubs in some leagues are a little bit outclassed early on. But as i see it, the highest rep teams have earned the right to be there and it is the fairest way to select teams rather than what league they play in real life.

Funnily enough, someone from my discord asked me the same thing and I'm happy to work on deleting all Russian clubs.

If anyone else wants the Russian clubs removed, comment DELETE RUSSIA below. I should be able to make a seperate version of this without Russian clubs

UPDATE: Some really good news! Managed to make a scheduled that works with no horrible fixture congestion with League and 2 cups “for top 6 tiers”

*Players can no longer be recalled from Loan
*1 match ban for Red cards instead of 3 match bans
*Rescheduled the Global Super Cup “3rd round will affect teams with players in the World Cup”

I'm putting a lot of free time into the editor “and holiday mode" ATM. Without making promises, I hope to get a update out in the next week or two.

To everyone, I'm sorry it ain't perfect, there is things I'm still not happy with. I'm learning as I go and still tweaking with schedules etc etc.

I'll double check but I “should” have taken away all the loan rules across all leagues in the latest update.

I'm aware of the recalling of loans at any time, haven't looked at fixing as of yet but I'll try and find a solution for that 👍🏻

I may, just may have sneaked in a mini UCL/Europa League style comp into the database.

Premier League and Championship together “64 teams”
League 1 “80 Teams”
League 2 “80 Teams”

League 3 “80 Teams”
League 4 “80 Teams”

Group stage: 16 groups play each other once, top team goes through to last 16 then 2 legged ties till the final and nice juicy prize money to play for.

The only small niggle i have is that Prem/Champ teams start in January, the others start in October BUT the fact that one is in place without fixtures overlapping or any Saturday/Monday/Wednesday gameweeks, I'm delighted about.

I'll test it out first but hopefully, A update will come out soon.

Regarding a transfer deadline, are you talking about the number of transfers a club can do in a window/year or something else? the 2 transfer windows should be working fine.

For those suffering with setting up the game, I can only predict what/why it's crashing as for me, it's never crashed during set up or playing the game.

When i set up the game, no other nations are loaded up, I could be wrong of course but i suspect for some of you, this may be why it's crashing “screenshots attached”

On the editor now, Currently reworking the structure.

Prem to have 24 teams, everyone else to have 20 teams “should be easier to install a 2nd cup competiton” 

Adjusting the reputation of the leagues as well,  “no idea how much of a affect it will have on player values” was previously 200,190,180,170 etc etc now starting at 190,170,150,140,130 etc etc.

No new competiton added as of yet, also haven't found a way to change the default language, not for the want of trying but if i say change it to english, it may give a advantage to the english nations so as it stands, it's technically fair for everyone “admititedly annoying”

I've started working on a cup for Prem/Championship A/B “64 teams” 8 group of 8 teams, play each other once. top 2 in each group go to last 16 “2 legged ties" all the way to the final at Wembley.

If it works without any fixture congestions, i will then pass this competition system down to each tier from Div 1 to Div 8 will compete in their own cup competitions.

Also, I've now added VAR and Goal Line Tech to every division and adjusted the premier league TV money to 75 million per club.

It may take me a few weeks to complete this but I can't wait to finish it!

As i'm playing the save with a few friends, I'm learning more about it and I've already seen that a rule I put in has affected most clubs in a way i didn't anticipate.

I put a rule in from Championship to Div 8 that a team can have 3 loan players in the 99 man squad and no loan players in the Premier league. for the next upload i will do, this will be removed and I will replace this with "1 HGC player between ages of 0-21 for a match day squad" across all divisions.

I will also re-evaluate the TV/Prize money situation as I'm aware that some clubs will be fine as it is but particually premier league clubs will lose huge sums of money playing in the 2nd-4th tiers.

Hey Boss, I Agree that only having 1 cup competition kinda sucks a little bit. If I can reschedule the season a little, I may be able to squeeze a division cup “UCL/Europa league style” across each division so every team has something that they can compete to win something!

First half of the season is quite intense with the world cup getting in the way, so on the alternative weeks of the Super cup in the 2nd half of the season will be the most likely to fit something in.
