That is correct.

the only save games I have ate on the iCloud and cannot load them.

and cannot save a new game either 

think I need to bite the billet and buy a new mac

they are too expensive

only other thing it could be is the c drive

i did ask sega and they said the following

with using Windows on a Mac system, for which the game has not been designed and we can not officially support you with. It seems that the game or the system does not recognise the path for the save files, thus you are encountering this issue.

its a great feeling being a dad, you just need to love every moment it can go too fast, all you need to do is blink and they are adults.

Think I added the sports interactive folder but that does not seem to work either

Is there anything I need to do in the c folder of the parasols desktop unless there lies the issue?

Hard to know what to do really not many people have this issue.

Apologies I'm under weather at the moment.

I have just tried this and I have two application supports folder but no sports interactive folder is that where it should be?

This happened when I cam back from holiday which would be around June

I have tried loading a game on fm24 that was a fm23 game but it won't load but before it would not load a fm24 saved game and I figured I might need to delete it.

I have uploaded a screenshot of the application support.

Please know I will respond to you it might just take some time

I admire your determination to help me with this.

Its fm24 I am having issues with.

I tried the beta fix but nothing comes up on dropdown.

it could be app data but I have no idea how to fix that

I tried to copy and pate the folder to the one that had the data but that does not see to fix it,

its possible I am doing something wrong

I think I have save files on the icloud for both fm23 and 24 this could be linked since you can continue your fm23 game on fm24

I be more than happy to have a look to see if I have this,

have you got Facebook account that I can add you and then i can update you?

if you prefer to do this on that then this if also fine to do.

please don't apologise, I'm enjoying this conversation and you never know it might be the thing I need

From what I remember is that I had to switch the mac off and it might be a possibility that I switched it off without it saving properly, and also closing paraells, had to switch it off to not miss a flight.

after I got back I got that issue and haven't been able to fix it.

i did have problems where due playing on paraells, sometimes my save got corrupted and I needed to save it to the iCloud, this might be due to not having the right graphics card since when I start it normally asks me to make sure I have the right graphics, but due to how old my Mac is that is impossible,

I think eventually I might need to buy a new Mac or pc,

thank you for getting back to me,

I am indeed having problems,

I am unsure if it's linked to the facepacks issue you were having but I am glad you resolved yours.

my problem is that I cannot load a saved game and save a new game.

unsure how to fix this error, I do have loads of space on my mac so it can't be that.

any assistance or advise you can give be greatly appreciated

I will send some of attachments as I can see there are a few folders with the config in it.

hi there I hope you are all well,

I cannot load a game and I cannot save a new game that I create.

I have a mac and I am playing on parraells.

I am strugling and I asked assitance from sega but they could not help me all they could say it was something regarding the following.

“It seems that the game or the system does not recognise the path for the save files, thus you are encountering this issue”
