this bug is if you are starting the 2016 as if it is the 2017/18 ??? if so it is because game is hard coded to only accept 4 teams from 1 nation in UCL for 2016.

If you use the real results and as my impotant info thread below you can get the right teams in UCL etc and have Liverpool playing in right European compjust for your info

IMPORTANT:
If you download the file here on sortitoutsi, Liverpool will play in the Europa League, because there is a bug, that I can't change. I can't add 5 teams from England to Champions League, I can only include 4 teams to Champions League like last years Champions League. Therefore Liverpool will play in Europa League. Probably not the right place to put it but couldn't think of a better/more active place, but rumours are circulating that Cheik Tiote has collapsed and died in Beijing.

As a relative newcomer to this webiste I am just wondering if the Promotion and Relegations will be included in the Live Database when the play-offs have been completed?

Yes, they will be added all around the world when all teams places for next season is confirmed in real life.

FIFA 17 is excellently optimised on PC this year (finally). I had reservations about Frostbite, didn't think it could do much more than the old engine did, especially to a game like FIFA but pleasantly surprised. There are a few issues i have with the game, which are silly bits because they don't relate to game-play, just little irks that pulls you out of the immersive side of the game, sweat... players sweat from the 1st minute even when its snowing.

Oh and the game play is still ridiculously fast, however the guys over at operationsports specialise in making FIFA as realistic as physically possible via sliders, and they have once again made a brilliant set for FIFA 17 which makes it actually play like a football sim, cutting out all the arcadey bits.

You'll find that the graphics have been improved somewhat between versions hence what you're seeing. I'm afraid unless you consider upgrading part or all of your machine you will need to play it with the lesser settings.

This isn't true at all.

SI have confirmed it may be a bug with some hardware.

FM 17 graphical changes aren't enough to warrant a 3 star drop. I have the same problem with a GTX 1080. Now if FM can't run at very high on a GPU like that then its garbage.

The text is unreadable for me, there is no sharpness to the text at all, and it gives me a headache. Never had this problem on any other FM game before...

There isn't a stand alone PC version though, is there? As I understood it you just get it on the PC when you buy the Xbox One version?

Its a PC version, they just do a thing where if you have both you don't have to buy them separate. They confirmed PC will support 4k, can't wait.

Do you genuinely think Drinkwater is a better player?

I get this point, fair enough, on his day Wilshere is a better player, hands down...

The problem i had was that Drinkwater played almost every Leicester game in a season they won the Premier League yet a player (Wilshere) who had played 3-4 times got in the England team ahead of him. You should always be picked for your country on form, not because of the club you play for or how big of a name you are.

I posted about how ridiculous it was that Wilshere got into the England squad for Euro 2016 on Facebook earlier this year and got about 30 comments saying Wilshere was better than Drinkwater over the season, now he's at Bournemouth.

I still maintain he never should've got a place at Euro 16.

Well we lost the match 3-1, Sheff U were pretty tidy, Billy Sharp had a great game. But you're probably referring to the trouble in Cleethorpes. Seems like a load of their fans came early on trains and got hammered in the bars down the seafront and then it all kicked off. There's a few twats in our fans too who obviously went looking for trouble. All the bars closed under police advice. And then after the game, there was a lot of trouble down the back of the ground on the walk back to the train station. Fans charging at each other etc, until the police finally turned up.

6 arrests, 4 of which were United fans. The Grimsby element I suspect were just a few chavs who are already banned or haven't been to a match in years.

Bollocks, i was there in the away pubs, everyone was minding their own business until 3-4 Grimsby fans started throwing glasses around.
