Follow these simple instructions to install our Football Manager 2017 Data Update.

Download the data update to your computer using the "Download Now" button
Extract the zip file to reveal a folder called "sortitoutsi.net Live Data Update"
Move this folder to "Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2017/editor data/" (create the folder if it doesn't exist)
Start Football Manager 2017 and select "New Career Game"

Optional Step: If it's not working. When the "Choose Database" option pops up select "Custom" and then press the "Edit" button at the bottom and ensure that all the files named "(sortitoutsi.net Live Update)" are ticked.

I apologise for the non responses from us all. I pretty much think everyone has been hard at work. The Promotions and Relegations are now included in FM Live Update 2017 and will be part of all downloads starting at 18:00 BST (43 minutes from the time of posting). Below is a list of what the new file includes.

IMPORTANT:
If you download the file here on sortitoutsi, Liverpool will play in the Europa League, because there is a bug, that I can't change. I can't add 5 teams from England to Champions League, I can only include 4 teams to Champions League like last years Champions League. Therefore Liverpool will play in Europa League. There are no other bugs, so all other teams except for Liverpool are placed correctly in Champions League and Europa League. FIFA 17 is excellently optimised on PC this year (finally). I had reservations about Frostbite, didn't think it could do much more than the old engine did, especially to a game like FIFA but pleasantly surprised. There are a few issues i have with the game, which are silly bits because they don't relate to game-play, just little irks that pulls you out of the immersive side of the game, sweat... players sweat from the 1st minute even when its snowing.

Oh and the game play is still ridiculously fast, however the guys over at operationsports specialise in making FIFA as realistic as physically possible via sliders, and they have once again made a brilliant set for FIFA 17 which makes it actually play like a football sim, cutting out all the arcadey bits.

SI have confirmed it may be a bug with some hardware.

FM 17 graphical changes aren't enough to warrant a 3 star drop. I have the same problem with a GTX 1080. Now if FM can't run at very high on a GPU like that then its garbage.

Quite fancy Liverpool this season tbh. Klopp seems to have done quite a good job, genuinely think he'll win the Prem with them before he leaves.

When you say settings, what settings are you talking about? Your post is a bit vague.
