Can I have the screenshot I asked for please? That helps me start to identify the potential issue.

This is dealt with in the FAQ at the top of this thread:

Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

Secondly, for files as large as this, the calculation of the extraction time will be wildly incorrect at the start. After a while, it'll show a more realistic timeframe, which shouldn't be more than an hour or two if you have a good setup and few programs running at the same time.

Can I see screenshots of your faces folder? Showing clearly the amount of images, amount of folders and full path.

You should put separate packs in separate folders, otherwise you run the risk of none of them working.

Total of 484566 faces in my face folder. So i have no seperate face folders. Didnt know that i had to do that,because it always worked.

I downloaded new faces a couple of days ago from sortitoutsi and fm slovakia ,and added them to my existing packs. Changed the xml files like i always do. Cache unticked and reload skin ticked in preferences. But all of my faces dont show in the game anymore. Does anyone know how to solve this?

@Rimmshot1973 can you try and be more specific about what promotions and relegations you're expecting? It makes life alot easier for everyone if you're as detailed as possible.

Portugal,Italy,Austria,spain,denmark,sweden,norway,finland,belgium,france te be exact

We reset all these things like loans on June 1st.

I realise this is a bit annoying for competitions that end earlier in May, but to make covering the whole of Europe easier June 1st is our cutoff date.

I thought the loans would be reset on june 1st. But dont think that happened yet in the latest update right?

When i load a new game i dont have young ajax ,az and utrecht in the 2nd division(keuken kampioen divisie). In stead i have 3 amateur teams. Is this a bug?

I'm Working on a USA database system, it won't be 100% accurate, I've take some liberties to clean up the mess. The leagues will be 99% accurate and some added cups and full U19 youth systems. The MLS, USLC, USL1, USL2 will all be as accurate as possible… If your interested let me know!

This file is for FM19 not FM20. This file is also a skin in its own right, so you either use the Rensie skin (which, as per the link I gave you, the skin creator said does not support background packs), use another skin which supports background packs or use the FM20 equivalent of this file. You can't have a combination of skins, no, unless you have the patience and knowledge to do so yourself.

What skins support background packs? You know some?
