He didnt do the file you know that right? it is @Nokey it clearly show in the download who did the files I looked at the file and cant see any changes made by nokey just the fixtures so it probably is a bug and I doubt you have looked at...

you add the nations you want to be in usually it is 54 in UEFA
He has give you everything you need he do all the rounds for you; change dates he said add more nations he say dont use advanced rules why you want to do that you cant do basic rules
what is wrong with what dont you get, they say no new update until 22.4 is outif you cants wait do it yourself one club not take long
I have seen in and not using this Mod- some crazy languages added for nations may get fixed in next patch who knows
