Absolutely. Looks to me like you download the 10.0 update pack, whereas you should have download the full megapack. It's about 8.5GB big and contains 192,000+ images....

Ugh. That was exactly it. I hate it when I make such stupid mistakes. Thanks a lot for your help

That looks fine. How many images in total do you have in your megapack folder?

I'm not on my PC right now so can't take a screenshot, but it's in the interface section.

3,377 in the faces
3,376 in the iconfaces

That sounds like a problem. Let me try downloading it again because I think it should be more.

Hmmm, have you tried shutting the game down, turning Steam off, then loading it all up again? Have you tried reloading the cache?

What do you get in-game? Is it the default black cut or is it a blank space?

All I get is the black cut out faces. I installed the sortitoutsi folder into the Document > FM18 > graphics folder. The kits and logos work fine in the same place, which is weird. I've deleted and downloaded the .rar file twice and still get the same issue.
