There is an idea to make the 4th and possibly the 5th division by region. And there are more than 80 regions! There are 200 teams in the Lower Division! But this is very little. There will be a lot of teams to add. I won't make any promises, and if I do, you'll probably be playing FM26! ) But if I do, I'll definitely share this file.

Fifth version: 

Cosmetic repairs. Fixed all remaining stadiums (names, capacity) for all teams in the Third League and Lower Division. Added missing stadiums and cities.

If anyone needs it, I'm sharing a file with transfers up to September 15, 2024. I'll be honest, not all transfers are included, only the main ones, but they're worldwide, and lesser-known players are not mentioned. I don't see the point in going further, as the game may have different dynamics. It's better to play in real-time, as that's how the transfers will occur.

I've figured out why a team from the Regional League qualified for the Europa League! There are two components to it. First, the reason is that when the teams that finished last in the Regional League have the same ranking, and the teams that finished first in that league qualify for the Russian Cup, both teams participate in the game because it's impossible to choose one of them. As a result, instead of the expected 220 teams, there are 221 teams participating in the Russian Cup! Consequently, there is no pair for the 221st team! And the game thinks: "Okay, you've qualified for the Russian Cup, but you haven't played a single match there, so here's your lucky ticket to the Europa League!" The logic is simply "brilliant"! Second. In this case, the team that wins the Russian Cup should also become the national champion. If these two factors align, then this is what happens. 

In short, I set the number of qualified teams in the Russian Cup to an even number, from 99 to 90, and the total number of teams to 220. Previously, it was between 210 and 230. This solved the problem. I tested it up to 2050, and everything was fine.

What else was changed? The most interesting is the limit on foreign players. Just the other day I read the news that the RPL wants to introduce a new limit on foreign players: 10 per team, 5 on the field. The implementation will be gradual, starting with the next season, with a decrease of one player per season. For example, 12-7, 11-6, and 10-5. I have chosen 10-6. I think this will be more interesting. The transition will be immediate, starting from the 2028-29 season. If someone doesn't like this rule, you can edit it yourself in the editor.

I also set the correct salary limits for all leagues except the Russian Premier League. There are no salary limits there. I changed the deadline for obtaining Russian citizenship from 6 years to 5 years, which is the correct deadline. I corrected almost all the stadium capacities and names, and created several missing stadiums. However, there is one stadium that refuses to change its name in the game. This is the Lukoil Arena, which remains as the Otkritie Arena in the game, even though it is named Lukoil in the editor. Regardless, if you have a in-game editor, you can make the necessary changes there.

I changed the prize money in all leagues and in the cup. The RPL is closer to reality, and I increased the prize money in the first league slightly, as the clubs in reality receive very little. In short, you can also work with the prize money in the editor yourself if you don't like my option. I made it for myself.

In addition, the 3rd Division (regional leagues) now consists of 16 teams in all 10 groups. For some reason, the group names do not change in the game, but this does not matter.

I have already mentioned that I have added a Regional Cup for teams in the 3rd division. The number of participants is 128 teams. Qualification is based on ranking. There is even a prize fund )) By the standards of amateur teams, it is quite decent. ))

In principle, everything, if I forgot something, it doesn't really matter. The game is quite playable. This is not the final version, as I have not yet fully completed the stadiums, and I need to recheck and add them to the 3rd league. If you don't want to wait, I am sharing the 4th version of the file.

I've encountered a problem. I'm not sure exactly when it started, as I haven't encountered it before. The issue is that after simulating for 10 years, I discovered that the winner of the Russian Cup does not always qualify for the Europa League. This is because the club earns a spot in the Champions League (either by winning the first or second place) at the end of the season. However, the finalist of the cup should take its place. But no, instead, a random team from the Interregional leagues (3rd Division) has appeared in the first stages of the Europa League three times in 10 years, Spartak Anapa once and Gazovik Orenburg twice. And it is not necessary that they turned out to be winners in their divisions. Spartak Anapa actually passed from 11th place! I'm shocked. I've double-checked everything, I don't see an error. I don't think it has anything to do with the fact that I added a Regional Cup for the 3rd Division teams, which works perfectly. I just can't understand the logic!

Soon, I can't say exactly when, there will be a 4th version. It will include: The Regional Cup for teams in the 5th division. All the missing stadiums for playable teams. And some other minor additions.
