Berardi as good in real life as he is on FM?

Quite possibly - he reached 30 Serie A goals in less games than it took players like Baggio, Totti, Del Piero etc. Obviously he's not a patch on those skill or ability wise, but it still shows he's got a bright future. Only 20 too and scored all those goals playing for Sassuolo.

He's on loan from Juve but I don't think he should go back there just yet, he needs to be playing every week for now. Maybe when Tevez leaves which will probably be the end of next season.

Did my second French test today, most of it went well but I got caught off guard by how much grammar it was on it. Will be really mad if I don't pass it because of that.

What sort of grammar? How advanced are you now? I'm sure you've passed and at least you got to do it in the end haha.

Speaking of French, the 3 hour French written exam I did this morning marks the end of my time at university and education as a whole a pretty crazy feeling when it arrives....

Yeah we beat them earlier in the season 1-0. You're right, I think I accidentally looked at Roma's points total instead of Lazio's when I wrote that last night...

3-2 win for you tonight (sounded unconvincing though!), so the final two rounds are gonna be interesting. Rome derby is on Monday at 5pm UK time now! Forza Roma!

Need to get a minimum of 4 points from Cesena tomorrow and Juve away next weekend and hope Lazio lose to Roma to set up a winner take all against Lazio on the final day.

You'll beat Cesena but would be surprised if you got anything from Juve despite their mind being elsewhere. Although could you not still lose v Juve but overtake Lazio by beating them on the final day (as long as they lose the derby), if you were on 63 points and them on 66 going into it?

Inter v Juventus

Any suggestions who to back?

Juve

Nah, before the game I wouldn't have been too sure, with Juve playing a second-string team. (The Coppa Italia final is this Wednesday night all of a sudden!)

Unbelievable!

Wouldn't fancy facing Sherwood at half time though if I was a Villa player.

Apparently Marca have jumped the gun a bit with that one, but Madrid will get him eventually.

Not a clue what Benitez was doing not starting Hamsik or Mertens.....very odd.

Dnipro are solid though, they don't score many but they're incredibly tough to break down. Sevilla should win the final, they're kings of the Europa League.

Textbook performance from Juve, limit Madrid to few clear cut chances and hit them when you have the opportunity - Marchisio and Pogba should have made it comfortable for them in the end.

Should be a fascinating final, Barca will start as favourites (as they would against any team in the world) but Allegri got some good results against them while at Milan so I'm sure he'll have a plan up his sleeve. Buffon and Pirlo back in Berlin too, would be great for them to win it.

Aye, the El Clasico love in towards the end of the game was cringey, wouldn't expect much else from those two on ITV though.

Very good game to watch tonight even if the tie was over as soon as Barca equalised.

If you were going to fix a match, you wouldn't just kick it in your own net.

Had you bet on Torino or something?

Fair play to the ones that gave him the standing ovation he deserves but, deary me, those embarrassing laminated yellow posters. Imagine making those and taking them to a game.

A knee slide in front of that stand behind the goal would have been perfect then.

Well in Gerrard, anyway.

Mikel saying it was Fabregas' first foul (or it was the first minute of the match)

Doesn't matter what the circumstances are, that was an awful challenge.

What's the deal with Destro? is he any good?

He's a pretty good goal poacher, would get 15 or so a season if he played every game but he's had quite a lot of injuries in the past.

I'd have kept him at Roma (not just because of yesterday...), often you see Roma's front 3 and it's something stupid like 'Iturbe--Ljajic--Gervinho' with no proper striker, at least Destro is one of those. Jury still out on Doumbia.

Burnley haha. Two seasons in the Premier League and straight back down with a whimper both times.

Hull down for me now, they needed a win today, Newcastle won't even need another point to stay up.

Credit to Sunderland and in particular Leicester and Villa for their form. 6 wins in 7 is incredible for any team let alone one fighting relegation (Southampton have been a bit of a soft touch lately though away from home) while Sherwood has done a great job so far, it was evident he had something about him.

Unreal from Messi. To think there are actually people who think Ronaldo is better!

3-0 full time, Neymar in the last minute. Pep yet to deliver in the CL for Bayern but Barca are on another planet.

I also think Norwich from the Championship, but I'd like Brentford to go up. Them and Bournemouth in the top flight would be remarkable with two English managers taking them there, both having done superb jobs.

Although that said, Warburton will be leaving Brentford regardless. Would love him at Rovers, just a shame we're run by a load of idiots who won't even know who he is.

QPR and Burnley will be down this weekend I think, but yep the final spot is going to go down to the wire. Impossible to call at the moment, even Newcastle only need to scrape one more win probably and they'll be safe.

It's not their club though it's Oyston's. He clearly hates them and is just taking the money straight out.

Okay they may not pay the bills etc but it is the supporters' club and they should feel that it's theirs; fans were there before Oyston and they'll be there after he eventually f*cks off, which they must be praying happens soon.

In other news, Preston bottled automatic promotion today, they're in the play-offs now which they've never been promoted from in the 9 times they've competed in them! If they don't go up this year they're gonna be stuck down there a while.

Oyston has pretty much declared war on the fans, suing them, taking down statues, selling off the entire squad.

It's unlucky for you and other Huddersfield fans that it had to be against you, but they needed to make their point and I doubt they're too worried about ruining your fans' afternoon when their whole season has been ruined.

I wish Rovers fans had done the same against Venky's and K**n. Although we'd have been slaughtered for it like we were for everything else.....

They may as well just give the three points to Huddersfield, there's absolutely no point in replaying it. It'd move Leeds down a place too. And well done Blackpool fans, something drastic had to be done so fair play to them.

3-2 win for us today, Rhodes and Gestede at it again. Last game for David Dunn, he's been a superb player for us and he still stands out every time he plays as the most technically gifted player on the pitch. Top man Dunny!
