#607227 loading game isn't working white blank screen when trying to start game

when I try and load my game (fm20) from steam I just loads a blank white screen and nothing else, left it on there a few minutes to see if it wakes up but nothing.
has anyone experienced this or even solved this problem.
any help would be amazing.

i have placed it in 'football manager' folder under 'graphics' and set up its own folder etc

i have downloaded a facepack for thr premier league and it has worked but now i have lost the faces of the championship players, league 1 and 2 players in england etc....
how can i get around this?
please help me asap
